Thank you for your TH-cam video. The information you contribute to the sim community is very interesting. Looking forward to your next video. Once again, thanks for your hard work and dedicated time. Regards.
Thank you for the encouragement. I’m laying the ground work in explaining the methods and concepts. Then future videos will have many demonstrations of freecad and the operation of the panels.
Great video, a good resource for the cockpit building community 👍
Is a double cockpit (pilot and WSO) possible to be built ? Your Cockpit...is it the real scale size of the real F-15E cockpit ?
Look at episode 24. You don't need two cockpits. The pilot has access to most panels and switches. For a few panels that are kinda exclusive to the WSO, I just added them to the pilot cockpit. Then now the pilot has all pilot and some critical WSO panels and switches.
This is a great primer on this topic. This information is normally very segmented and has to be collected from many different sources. This feels like a really good starting point.
Thanks for your compliment.
GREAT video, thank you sir!
Creative video, thanks :)
Good job, keep it coming 👍👍👍
thanks for the kind words. This is my very first youtube video.
Super 👍 Thanks
Very good video.I think it will help a lot new builders. If you can make a video more detailed about displays it would be great!!!
Thanks for the compliment. The A10C uses many kinds of displays, big and small at the side consoles. The F-15E which I am using for this series does not use displays for the side consoles. Its instruments and MFD displays are all done using Helios for the front console which I have explained in recent video. In the future if I do the A-10C series I'd explain the various displays, 7 and 14 segment, LCD, OLED etc with examples of wiring and coding.
Great clips! Do you have a certain name of the CMSC displays, I'm really struggeling to find them. (Timestamp 16:05 min)
I showed 3 types. the 1602 LCD, VFD and the most expensive one is called HDSP. see link www.mouser.com/c/?q=HDSP-2
