My two favorite westerns ever was Laredo and The Virginian the righto first appeared on the Virginia the pilot for for Laredo two favorite Western actor actors ever Peter Brown and Doug McClure thank Peter Brown was terrific the whole cast of it was great but I like him by far the best
@@joerysz6313 Lee Van Cleef is also one of my favorite actors of all time along with Clint Eastwood & Charles Bronson I know that Lee Van Cleef & Clint Eastwood had played in a western together named For A Few Dollars More I like it when Eastwood would call Van Cleef ( old -man ) LOL I used to laugh every time Eastwood would say that to Lee Van I wished that Lee Van Cleef - Clint East & Charles Bronson could had made a western movie together I know it would had been a boss western movie 🎥& 📺 ☺ 5-9 -19
Just LOVE the Texas state map in the background. Not only are all 254 counties shown, but Big Bend National Park as well. And to think as a kid I actually watched that show.
I realize thousands of passed stars all need to fit in the Hollywood graveyards, but Van Cleef's tiny plaque with ' Best of the bad' on it just isn't enough.
In so many Hollywood graveyards most stars were cremated and given a small brass plaque, which is understandable because of the limited space, but it's so sad to see.
I like the way this gunfight ended. Because it gave Lee Van Cleef a chance to become Angel Eyes and Phil Carey a chance to become Asa Jeb Stuart Buchanan later on! That Phil Carey definitely was eye candy! Melinda Maybruck Ortega St Augustine, Florida
Big different between Hollywood western and Spaghetti western must be clothing. Hollywood, looks all clean and all the clothes looks brand new. Spghetti western, way more dirty and worn.
Of course, real Texas rangers would have all gone down to the Laredo and killed the man. You could not call out one ranger and rangers often did not take prisoners, at that point in time.
6:45, strange. A gunfightyer would KNOW whether his gun was loaded or not and NO gunfighter holsters his gun without reloading.Same with the captain at 7:10. And of course all of their clocks and watches are right on the money samee samee! Who is that continuity director? LOL
What a stupid plot, a gunfighter gets scared and backs out of a duel because he heard some noises behind him? Lee Van Cleef was probably embarrassed to take part in this crap.
Clive Bindley This was the worst of the TV Westerns. How it went beyond one series is inexplicable. I LOVE TV Westerns, but this was a nail in their coffin.
@Robert LaRoque Learn to spell before you comment. "there" not "their". I take it by "henchmen" you're referring to the 3 clowns hiding behind the door? What exactly do you think they would have done? Curly, Larry & Moe would have been more use.
@Robert LaRoque Haha, no it isn't mate you're totally wrong. As I said, it should have been "there". Brush up on your English before trying to correct people.
I wanted my son to be called Lee Van Cleef but the hugs and kisses wouldn't warm to it. Come on ladies be a bit more flexible we open doors for you and all kinds of that shit. Last time I'm putting my coat over a puddle.

Lee Van, one of the best.
Woohoo! Surreal and sure like to see when he's young though.
In the west
A VERY GOOD EPISODE, LOVE LEE VAN CLEEF'S WORK.
Big, Bad Lee Van Cleef!!😁🤟😄
Lee Van Cleef had a great acting relationship with the 'pocket watch'.
He seemed to make an entire career out of it.
Lol, one of my favorite actors

I agree, he deserves so much more! Lee is THE best actor and most handsome man! Will love him forever! ❤❤❤

Lee VanCleef: ANGEL EYES!
Sou uma grande FÃ, de Lee Van Cleef...estou sempre atrás de coisas que ele fez...
LEE VAN CLEEF WAS IN IT, THAT IS WHY THE EPISODE WAS GOOD. HE MET WITH WILL KANE, LUCAS MCCAIN, BEN CARTWRIGHT TO NAME A FEW.
not forgetting jimmy stewart in how the west was won and the duke in liberty vallance
Lee Van was the Man!😀😀😁😁
Right on!
Gorgeous man who got more handsome with age.
Just fell in love with him all these later.
Can you imagine Lee Van Cleef ever smiling?

Good TV back then!

And speaking of *"Spaghetti Westerns"* looking at Mr. VanCleef, *all decked out in black,* I swear! The theme to *"Sabata!"* Kept playing in my head!
Yes, they are all clean-shaven with recent barbershop haircuts and super-clean clothes. Doesn't ring true.
Spaghetti Westerns represents the real wild west, American Westerns shows Hollywood's fantasy wild west.
Where's the gun fight??? Colonel Mortimer will be back!!
If this had been Angel Eyes those three jokers would have had holes in their foreheads.
The one doing all the yakking was fucking annoying. Someone should have broke his jaw, preferably Lee Van Cleef.
lewisner: Well, News flash: It wasn't!! Utah Blaine could've smoked your Angel Eyes!! 😉😉😉.
@@mikethomas5231 Well, news flash: Col. Mortimer could smoke 'em!😁 Ha!😁
Every spaghetti western Lee Van Cleef characters could shoot em' dust to dust
I never realized until now - these three are Hoss, Adam, and Little Joe, straight from the Ponderosa!
In a parallel universe maybe.
What! What! Since when did Mr. van Cleef back down from a duel.
I know, it's a crappy story.
He knew he'd get shot in the back...

Only in A Hollywood version of a spaghetti western.
You all are forgetting Col. Mortimer, aren't you!😁🤟
I Gotta Find Laredo on DVD.

“Words around you had a visitor. And Baker knows it”.
i love this movie hes does a great jobband i ejoygreat movie
can we get this done
No way, Angel Eye's would never walk away from a gunfight.

is that white boy in the pink shirt the guy who fought Filo Bedoe?
Horace Ball
I think so..was also the bad guy in The Ultimate Warrior with Yul Brynner.
Horace Ball: Yeah!! THAT "white boy"😒😒😒.
"Reese" reminds me of Ron White
Didn't realize The Three Stooges went back so far.
Haha, I have no doubt this rubbish was filmed way after the 3 stooges were around.
Cambiaron el nombre Y surgieron los Rangers de Texas
