It's a 'Baby suit', A very basic suit. Suit needs to be stronger & explanatory and all the reliefs, claims, Jurisdiction, cause of action must be fully stated therein so as to get the success. Infact, better and stronger drafting means better chances of Success

Is there need for attached the affidavit with plaint ?
Yes, section 26 of CPC makes it clear that to institute a suit, you shall file a Plaint and also affidavit.

sir should the numbers in the body of the plaint for eg: dates and other numericals be in terms of words or numbers?
As per order 6 rule 2 of CPC 1908, dates and numericals should be in words also but in practical we leave out dates but not other numerical details.
