- A couple people suggested an A cappella version so... this is my arrangement of Keith Getty and Stuart Townend's song "In Christ Alone".
Mar 10, 2017 update I was just adding Captions and only then realized that the last two words are "I'll stand" NOT "I stand". My mistake and I hope if the authors ever see this that they don't take offence to it. I should have paid more attention when doing the lyrics.

Seeing the comment I wrote 3+ years ago about hitting 1 million views and now I see - it's passed 4 million! May Jesus Christ be praised and I hope all those views have really seen Him in the song.
TheNCrew I’ve watched it about a thousand times since Good Friday 2020 when My mum passed... too young. She loved Jesus more than anything and such a fitting day for her to go. No funeral under covid rules in New Zealand 😢. Once we can have memorial my kids and I will do this for her. Thank you it’s so beautiful

Just never get tired of listening to this!! I listen to it over and over again. The harmonies are just incredible!! What a precious gift God gave this young man and what a range this guy has!! He is hitting all the base notes & all the soprano-like notes spot on, without skipping a beat. God surely has blessed him with a very special gift and I'm just so full of joy that he has chosen to use his gift to bless us all!!

I lost my hearing suddenly in my left ear almost two years ago. I remember listening to this rendition over and over again, often crying at the beauty and truth of the words. I continue to listen to this song as a reminder that Christ alone is my hope and that His salvation is sufficient.
My son and two of his cousins had the same thing after mild viruses. Tough!!!
I lost my hearing in my left ear in 2016 suddenly without any clear cause, and suffered from debilitating vertigo after that. However, clinging on to Christ though that dark period of hardly being able to handle normal daily activities, 18 months later, on one night I was filled with the assurance of God’s presence, and I have been walking in His healing ever since. Stumbling across this TH-cam clip today, I am reminded again of God’s faithfulness. This is the first time ever I bother to post a comment on TH-cam, but our Lord deserves all glory and praise.

Beautiful. One of my favorite hymns.
I thought this was one of the old hymns written over over 100 years ago. I was surprised to see it is a modern hymn. It is beautiful. I do miss traditional hymns although I am not opposed to the contemporary Christian music but this song reminds me of a traditional hymn.

Just an honor to be able to receive this much interest.
