I train Boxing, but I also like half-marathons, 5k, and 10k runs. However, I also use 'Zone 2' as my recovery runs.
@@fearnobodyandtrustnoone great, I will done zone 2 once a week and more faster runs once a week. To gain stamina endurance and fast burst, same as I like boxing too.
