Thank you for this encouraging video, Would you please do a video like this but for retiring couples that don’t own a boat. I would appreciate this so much. 🕊🩷

@@BethAMcHugh Thanks for your thoughtful comment, Beth! Living in Vero Beach as a retired couple without a boat can still be incredibly fulfilling. Vero Beach offers a relaxed, small-town vibe with plenty of activities that don't involve boating. You can enjoy our beautiful, quiet beaches, explore the local art galleries, visit the Vero Beach Museum of Art, and take advantage of the various community events, farmers markets, and festivals. There are also plenty of parks and nature preserves for peaceful walks, plus a variety of restaurants and cafes to discover. It's a wonderful place to enjoy retirement without the need for a boat! 😊🌴

What about the cost of insurance?

My home insurance is only $1500 with a new construction home. As long as you do not have a super old roof, ac, water heater, then you should be fine. Insurance only becomes a problem when you have a 15 year roof and your insurance goes from 3k to 5k in one year. I always recommend looking into new construction first as you'll have more time before your insurance starts to rise.
