How can you play Los Santos RED after the update? If I try to start it it says something is outdated.

You need to always keep a copy of the files so if there is an update you can just switch to the non-updated files

Hey, is there an option where you can see all the gangs on the map? Thanks

In-game- No only the circular markers around the gang dens are available.
In the config-helper section of the LSR discord is a link to a user created map with the gang areas shaded that may be useful to you.

It's the slaughterhouse down the road from the Vagos gang den, It's a custom setup and not included in LSR
