You can put water in the nether using commands like fill ~ ~ ~ ~1 ~1 ~1 water or setblock ~ ~ ~ water :D And You can switch between spectator and creative mode by combining F3 + N

I know why Evokers turn sheeps to red when they are blue. Red is the colour of evils and blue is the colours of angels 😍, so Evokers are a type from hell so they don't like blue so they change them to red 😅
