Still to this day when I start a new world and spawn in the desert, my Automatic first thought is to find a desert temple for a bed

I think it's just better to just break the bushes for sticks in case you are low on iron since one bush is basically one stick. You need two bushes or sticks to smelt/cook an item.

arent sticks only a small percentage of dropping though?
@@creamlass it's 0-2 drops per breaking a bush, but i think it's just better to break them since the output between a bush is equal to a stick. And since there are so many of them u can break infinite of them unlike your shears that will break.

I have a funny story about using mushroom blocks to build. I had an environmental science project and the material I built my theoretical environmentally friendly house out of was basically man made sedimentary stone, and since I can’t draw to save my life, I built a house in Minecraft and gave the class a tour. The entire house was made of mushroom stems because of their wavy layered pattern. Great excuse to play Minecraft in class for a week

The Llama "train" is officially referred to as a caravan. It's fun early game to wander around with a caravan while you find a spot for a permanent base. It's better than 10 donkeys on leads as they always follow the one a head of them; however, you still have the same old challenges you have with leads breaking. They are also quite expensive to breed at a full hay bale per llama.
Never thought of starting a world like this. Will try llamas and donkeys. Thank you for inspiring another adventure :)
I think the idea behind the broken nether portals in the nether is not having leaked overworld blocks around them is because piglins are the kind of the antithesis of us overworld players.
When we build a portal to the nether we generally bring blocks from the overworld to the nether. It's the opposite for the piglins.

@@brainwater176 maybe antithesis is the wrong word to use but they are certainly our nether counter-parts. they build structures made of mixtures of stone, and chiselled stone. They also farm nether warts and keep livestock like the Hoglins in stables.
@@TheBlymp truly. I think it's funny that they're greedy. They attack you for opening chests and mining gold, and they love gold. Being called a pig as an insult means you're greedy. Also, greed is one of the seven deadly sins, hence why they're in hell. Most players are arguably just as greedy or more so lol
@@TheBlymp that's a good point. piglins are also the only humanoid mobs that hunt animals. you see them actively hunting hoglins and they hunt striders behind the scenes

I think it’s a reference to the 80s movie Caddyshack.
In it, Bill Murray’s character tells a story to a young lad about how he was wasn’t paid by the Dalai Lama when he was his caddy for a golf match.

What a weird take
I actually love mud because it's not a full block, so items can get picked up by hoppers through it, but since it's a dirt-based block, crops and other plants can grow on it. So it's great for auto farms
"useless" hanging roots are actually one of my favorite decorations in collaboration with silk touched cobwebs in the corners of my houses.
Hanging roots can be used to make ficus trees and other trees which have aerial roots.
Wait, since crossbows are made with tripwire hooks and tripwire hooks are made with iron, where do the piglins get iron?

11:40 you can craft rooted dirt with dirt and mangrove roots, or it only works on bedrock edition, the one I'm playing in
I'm guessing the idea for llama of being able to put saddlebags on llamas. After all, wandering traders do walk around with them so it would only make sense that that's what's carrying all their goods. Horses, donkeys, and camels are already in the game so there's no real point in riding Llamas but it would make them very useful if you could use them as added storage the same way a chest boat works but on land. Llamas with saddlebags would be your early game shulker boxes.
Yeah surprised he didn't bring that up, great way to get tons of items across a long distance, even just a single train. And in Java were you can't use leads on boats, it's basically your only option short of setting up rails all the way to your destination. And just like shulker boxes you can color code them with different carpet patterns. Especially useful early game since the wandering trader constantly brings you free llamas and leads.
The thing I like best about EyecraftMC is that it's all just Minecraft. No slags, no politics, just the game.

I am very aware of the Piglin mob head and I have been trying my honest hardest to get my hands on at least two. Problem is when lightning happens I miss my opportunity. As of recent I've been going ancient city farming trying to get the ward and silence armor trim and I got the ward but not the silence but several times I've had thunderstorms happen while I was down there

Eyecraftmc I think rooted added to maintain the reality of Earth in Minecraft, because when the roots are through the dirt blocks, then from somewhere they need to find their way out.
Wet sponges stack. Bring stacks plus some coal, bucket, furnace. Replace coal w bucket while drying sponge to collect water. Because buckets of water do not stack. Useful for the nether. Didn't think of the snow bucket idea...that was helpful thank you.

You can make mud with soil and water bottles, but if it turns to grass first it won’t work.

Dead bushes drop sticks, in my experience, 0-2 maybe even 3 per bush, so I’m curious if using shears on them is less efficient as a fuel source (2 per smelt) vs 2 bushes dropping up to 4 sticks (smelts 2 items)
I just ran into powdered snow for the first time last week (I don’t like mountain biomes). It’s hard to walk in the snow, right?

Llama trains are not only fun: I consider them the best mass items transportation device, as you can make an enormous group of chest carrying llamas!

There is something I discovered about the Allay one day accidentally and I think it should count in this video, if you have fire aspect on any of your tools they can still burn from it if you hit them. Again total accident that that happened

Which is better for the theory, since that just supports the idea of it being ruined even more. They tried, and learned it the hard way. Which is why the overworld is still not being conquered by them.

With the striders, I don't think the piglins really hunt them.. they farm them. That's why there's a bastion variant called strider stables.
