What! Video games are a side thing, it’s not reality!!!!! It’s like I don’t even know you! Et Tu BackinthedayGamus? 😂 sorry im done being dramatic. I’m running out of room in my house too. To make more room I have to kick out the family but, I’m not looking to go down that road yet, joking of course. 😅
@@backinthedaygamer 🤣🤣🤣 I'm glad I got a pinned comment for the right reasons. TH-cam is weird, sometimes I put a comment up and at the end of the video I want to add more thoughts and when I try to edit my comment I can't find it. Vanished into the abyss! 🍻
I haven't had a Faygo in years. you should do a video of the games that are leaving your collection I'm sure you will get offers. Game recommendations: Atari = Jungle Hunt it's four levels, save your daughter and it loops, but so does Contra. TG-16 = Ninja Spirit it takes about an hour to beat, it's pretty easy and you have unlimited continues and you start at the checkpoint. (I beat this game a week ago and it was really fun) SNES = FF Mystic Quest, it's super friendly for new RPG players and it has spots on the map like Mario 3, no random battles and holds your hand...which is nice. Genesis = Sonic 1 it's a good time OR street fighter 2 championship edition all the characters have different endings and it's super fun to play. put your T-shirt on TeePublic
I think I'll do a video about the games I'm purging to drum up some fun trades. Thanks! I have beat most of those games but not Ninja Spirit. If it's on the mini it's on deck. Jungle Hunt is a good Atari title.
I've been doing a "14" console challenge the last couple of years. Pick a game for 14 different consoles and track it with a spreadsheet. It has helped me beat some games and see what I am actually doing. I swap games out any time I want to keep it fun because not every game needs to be played or beat. Some aren't worth it. I need to get the 2023 challenge review video out. Hopefully, next week. Good luck with your challenge.
Thanks and I’ll be looking for that 2023 challenge review vid. After mine I realized there’s just too many Genesis games that I haven’t touched for years so what’s the point in keeping them. I’m never going to “need” to play a 16 bit billiards game. Or am I? lol
No one talks about those crazy days gone by…Little Dreamer! It’s good at have some goals for sure dude. 12 RPG’s in 16 systems is one helluva goal. Hope you hit it. Bang a bunch of them out before spring hits. 😂
A good purge Is a great way to create more space Especially if there games you're never gonna play and don't really like, Nice to see you taken on the 12 RPG challenge , I'm also taking it on But have yet to finish my first game, As for my good friend The Rampage Tulk, He has decided to take on some incredibly long rpg this year So I will be very surprised If he manages to finish even one 😂😂😂, Great to hear about all of your Plans for the channel.
Thanks. I started the year w 2 RPGs more than half completed so that's a great start lol. I easily picked 15 Genesis games that I haven't played in years and know I don't care for. Now I'm going through the ones I have on both Genesis & SNES o pick the better game.
And I totally forgot to include Famicom and Super Famicom in my console list. And they’re hanging on the wall next to my face! lol I’ve got some great games for both of those that I overlook.
Sad to see you downsizing the collection, but I understand it's necessary sometimes. Let me know what Genesis games you're planning on getting rid of because I might be interested in taking some off your hands.
To be clear I'm only getting rid of games I'm either done with or just don't play lol. I'm going to post a vid of the games I'm getting rid of to hopefully drum up some fun trading instead of just ebaying them.
There's only one Captain Algebra. It's best not to compete with him lol. There's a ton of dead space between your shelves. You could easily fit a couple more rows in there without taking up more space.
I've become very fond of the Switch over the past year. Who'd have thunk thar Nintendo would cut into my Sony time, not me for sure 😂 Yeah, I kinda want to get to streaming, but it's seems a lot harder work than regular videos 😂 A Sega purge!!! Blasphemy, I tell you 😂😂
The Switch is def really growing on me. Apparently setting up the streaming is the “hardest” part. Once it’s up it’s pretty simple. I said to myself “Do I really want this 16 bit billiards game?” lol.
Was that Faygo any good? Don't think you mentioned if it was or not. 😂 Oh man, I do NOT want to make a claim to best one game per console we have...I'd never do it in a year's time. Hey, for Atari, just knock out Adventure real quick. Boom, finished.
Love the video! Your content, as I have told you already, is awesome. It always has that fun quality to it like you are hanging out with a buddy. Love the ideas, and while I am recovering from a broken wrist (slowly), I have been contemplating more streamlining and organization. Figuring out what all kind of content I want to put out there and what kinds of series I want to release. At the same time, keep them more fun and realistic and less serious. I kind of felt myself past couple months getting too serious and it was becoming less fun. I basically forgot why I started it, not as a chore, but something special to me that I can share with like minded people. I have come back to that way of thinking then broke my wrist then my computer crapped out on me 🤣 So made it kind of hard to get back into the swing of things but got a new laptop now and am slowly getting back in the swing. Honest, thank you for being an inspiration.
Thanks a lot buddy! I bet when you broke your wrist there isn't a good story. You slipped on ice didn't you? lol If you have room keep the games. They aren't hurting anyone. But being organized is a very good thing. It seems like making videos becomes too much of a concern and it makes playing video games less fun so that has to stop. Video games should be fun and that's it. Def don't think too much into it and keep it fun. Don't overdue it on that wrist so it can heel. Looking forward to your next vid.
That's pretty much the plan. Since I haven't been doing any game hunting (bc there is none) I'm really wanting some new ones to play. I'll check messages re thumbnail. Thanks!
Im gonna steal your 1 RPG a month idea.. makes it seem less daunting starting up an 80+ hour game. I just started Xenoblade and so far Im loving it. Would love to see more about the Pandora arcade thing.. sounds dope.
It wasn’t my idea but I do think it a good one. The bar top arcade cabinet is great. It’s too bad I haven’t fig out how to hook up my capture card to it. If you know I’m all ears… lol

I use Canva for thumbnails, shorts. 12 a month I think it’s worth it. Especially for someone like me who’s graphically challenged.
LOL I keep trying to replay to your comment and it’s keeps disappearing? I can’t retype it all again lol. This was my fav comment and I pinned it.

Yeah, plenty of other billiards games. Pop it in and see if it is any good?
No one talks about those crazy days gone by…Little Dreamer! It’s good at have some goals for sure dude. 12 RPG’s in 16 systems is one helluva goal. Hope you hit it. Bang a bunch of them out before spring hits. 😂
It’s harder to beat them when you’re playing multiple at a time though lol
Awesome stuff Tony! Ive been thinking of slimming my collection down too.
Thanks. Don’t rush it and make a terrible decision you’ll regret lol

I used to love finding Stewarts bottles of Root Beer in the gas station back in the day.
Stewart’s has some great products. I rem getting the orange cream in like a 24oz big bottle for $1.99 back in the day.
It's awesome seeing famicom games behind you

No everything has to be in perfect order on shelves only. Also I like to show off the wood paneling lol
If you're purging some genesis games, keep me in mind. :)
I’ll send text updates…

Crème soda w/ red 5 and yellow 40. Yum
You can really taste it lol

I have def never “knocked out” Adventure. I love the cover art. Thanks!

If i were you, id sell those thinned out games and put the winnings to some of the heavy hitter nes games. ill send you a message re thumbnails
That's pretty much the plan. Since I haven't been doing any game hunting (bc there is none) I'm really wanting some new ones to play. I'll check messages re thumbnail. Thanks!
Streaming is a good way to play the games you want and have a conversation with whoever pops in. It’s really not hard to setup. I was able to do it.
It seems like an obvious fun twist on sitting home by myself playing lol
