Bulow is a relaxing resort and that plantation feel sure was a great place for Milo's walks. Thanks for watching. Lou

I am here now, my first TT/Encore stay. I am impressed mostly by the park except for cleanliness of bathrooms. kind of nasty and out of TP quite frequently this week. The toilets aren't getting cleaned and there is junk in the bottom of the urinal. The park itself is very scenic itself. avenue of live oaks with hanging Spanish moss and ponds with fountains. The pond has its own alligator. The picnic pavilion has no table, no chairs and the basket ball court is a pole with not basket or back stop, just the pole. the beach volley ball has no net. the grass was not mowed before I got here and after four days it is kind of high. The packed sandy roads have not been screened smooth in quite some time and are full of holes. These things are true annoyances, but I would still give the park, its setting, its location and staff two thumbs up, they are terrific. Would I recommend? Yes, I would recommend the park. I give it an 8.5 out of 10 and it would be a 10+ if bathrooms were cleaned daily and stocked with supplies, the grass mowed and the roads leveled. These are easy fixed and it would truly be a resort.

Great Video! We are located in NC. We travelled to Florida in December and stayed at Rose Bay RV Park which is not too far from Bulow. It was pretty nice, we had a great site so we enjoyed it. We will try Bulow RV Resort next trip to Florida. Thanks for providing information about nearby attractions, that’s always helpful. I really enjoy your videos and reviews. Please keep doing them, especially the Thousand Trails and Encore Parks in Florida!

Oh wow! Thank you for the kind words. Feedback like this encourages us to keep making our videos. There are lots of Florida videos forthcoming over the next several months. Stay tuned. Lou

Looks like a wonderful park. We're planning to go there soon. Are the sites back in or pull through? They look pretty spacious.

Hi Carol, Most sites are pull through, but there are some back-in sites especially in the part to the rear of the pool area.

Looks like a very relaxing place. I really love the beautiful huge Oak trees, and the abundance of spanish moss hanging from them!! Would love staying there and enjoy walking around the place! How large was the old plantation, (acre wise) and is the origional home still standing ? Very, enjoyable video !!! The pool looked very inviting!!

Hi Vicki. The plantation dates from the early 1800’s. I’m not sure how large the original plantation was, but I suspect it must have encompassed thousands of acres.
