Perth is so hot ATM, Struggle to get a place without paying 10-20% above asking. Got beat on 2 properties from cash offers that was 30 and 50k above asking.
Settled on Adelaide for my last purchase, although was still Hot AF but the amount extra to pay wasn't so wild. 10 offers on 1 property at all times, Cash offers, Its a struggle to buy atm, but thats a sign of good markets.
