Thanks for the tips! You can definitely tell more money is spent on Cleveland than any of the surrounding suburbs such as Capalaba and Alexandra Hills. Although I wouldn't really say Cleveland is close to a beach unless you count mangroves and a few sandy spots here and there.
@@pumpedonproperty Toondah Harbour!!! 3,600 units on Ramsar International protected wetlands...15-20 years of dredging, building disruption with 6/7000 more people! Total N😖😠Nightmare
There are many good suburbs, depends a lot on your price range, whether you want a home or a unit etc. When it’s your own home it’s okay to be emotional and live where you want to live.
We bought a lot there 2-3 years ago, the suburb meets what we are looking for as an investment. With the recent price growth, we currently see better value opportunities elsewhere

Thanks for your thoughts. Definitely a lot of money being spent, particularly in Raby Bay and Toondah Harbour

Where can we focus with price range 550k-650k and little over may be, but of course no flooding area
Specific areas in Logan and Ipswich are flood free and still have 600k options
@@pumpedonproperty Thank you. Does Logan not have some social stigma and does Ipswich not have abundant areas around impeding growth?
We bought in Goodna in 2019. It has been a wonderful place to live. A lot of owner occupiers on our street.
Congrats Ben, glad it’s turned out well for you. Would have been very affordable back then
How is it now? Still good? Any bad feedback?
@@yourlovelyp_ still a wonderful place to live.
Just be mindful of location in the suburb as the gullys are prone to flooding
@@jf9620 we’re not in the part that floods
Is there still a huge divide between the North and South? in terms of pricing and people's preference on where to live...
Depends on which parts. I would say the divide is smaller than it has been.
Hey guys what are you thoughts on Coomera and North GC? Thanks
We don’t have any experience there, we typically try to stay closer to the city or beach.
Can someone recommend to me what suburb is good for settling down as a single lady?

What about Deception Bay? There seems to be a lot of gentrification there as well.
Starting to get a little nicer, on our radar
Deception bay is very deceptive because old stigma to it's name. Hidden gem of Moreton Bay. It won't be hidden for long. Love that place.
Thanks for the great insights.
Thanks for the vid!
Indeed, some good suburbs feature in your list.
GOODNA! Shit yeh I bought an IP in June 2022!! Pumped!! Thanks guys! Excited
Congrats mate!
Thoughts on Eeagleby and Marsden for capital growth?
Marsden is reasonable as an affordable option. Eagleby is a touch too far from the city for our liking
@@pumpedonproperty Thank you. Are there any other areas on the outskirts of the city that you would recommend checking out around that 450-500k range?
Most of north and south are above 500k now, might need to look around Ipswich areas
Lots and lots of flooding in Goodna. Good luck buying there.
Definitely need to be careful!
It’s pretty safe East of the M7. We live in Goodna and haven’t been flooded.
What do you guys think about Pimpama and Park Ridge?
As a team we don’t buy in these suburbs. Little too many new builds/vacant land for us.
Thank you guys
@@rasmi720able Extremely high supply. Might take a long time for great capital growth. :)
Thanks for the vid! What do you think of Marsden?
Comparable to Crestmead, lot of investor activity there but still very affordable considering proximity to city
What do you think of Rochedale south?
One of Logan’s best suburbs. Leafy, great schools, close to M1 and big shopping centre.
what do you guys thinks of kallangur. thanks in advance
Nothing against it Rod, we’ve purchased there before for our clients. Nice affordable option to the north of the city.
360 million wow. Good job!
Thank you 😊
What about Redbank plains?
Lot of newer property on small blocks which isn’t quite our cup of tea
What do you guys think of strathpine in Moreton bay council?
We bought a lot there 2-3 years ago, the suburb meets what we are looking for as an investment. With the recent price growth, we currently see better value opportunities elsewhere
What do you guys think of Redbank?
Doesn’t quite meet what we look for in a suburb, nice enough area though
Crime rate is high, be careful
@@aman12007 Very high, I work down there, dodgy place.
Thanks for sharing, what do you think of investing in Red bank plains, not far away from Goodna.
