While it didn't feel quite as nimble as my S5, it was still responsive. If you truly want nimble, consider the Integra Type S (we reviewed that one, too), but obviously you'll sacrifice some space. Thanks for watching!
@@AutoAcademics A few reasons I changed my mind of trading my Integra in for the TLX is bc the TLX has the smallish trunk when compared to my hatch, and that support bracing is truly in the way, and the rear leg room is much less. Also, it doesn't come in a manual. So I'm happy holding onto my Integra.
May I ask why in the USA gasoline is 85/93 octane? Cause down here in Italy ( and all over the EU) we can choose between 95/100 octane. Is it about something like production and buyer cost or fuel consumption? Greatings from Italy, keep up with the review, i really enjoy them! 🇮🇹🏎
@@barbero660 Greetings from the U.S.! That's a good question, but I don't know. Our gas typically ranges from 87 octane (regular) to 89 octane (mid grade) to 91 or 93 octane (premium). Maybe someone on here has some better information. Thanks for sharing and for watching!
Needs more bass, seriously? I enjoyed your review and comparison to the audi. I own a type S and love the sound system. It doesn't do deep droning bass as some would like when playing rap, but when playing rock, the drums kick me in the head! There is plenty of bass for me! cheers.
Nice to hear that you're happy with it. I find that Acura's ELS Studio systems can be hit or miss in that regard. When I attended an Acura event where engineers conducted demonstrations of the audio systems for us, they sounded amazing with beautiful clarity and strong bass. But I've had two or three cars for review that haven't quite matched the level I heard at the Acura event. Don't get me wrong. It's not bad, and maybe they were using lossless files in their demos, but I generally use what most people use to listen to music, which is compressed from satellite radio or other streaming services. I personally prefer more than enough bass, no matter the source, with the ability to tune it down to my liking, than to feel I need to almost max the bass out to get it within the range that I like. To each his own, though, and as long as you are happy with your car, that's all that truly matters. Enjoy it and thanks for watching!
