Enter Sticky Barb!
Point of the team is to eliminate the opponent's held item (if possible) and to replace it with Sticky Barb.
Then attempt to KO them by Sticky's damage. A really strong False Swipe?
Ability usage can consist of Klutz and Magic Guard. For extra trolling, use Pickup to try and retrieve the Sticky Barb. Also, Pickpocket or Magician to steal their items.
If needed, some attacks like Bestow, Trick, Covet or Switcheroo can be used.
Oh, and of course, Knock off.

Look up for Pokémon that were overused in meta until B/W or before, but are incredibly rare to come by these days (such as Jellicent!)
Alternatively, you can also use Pokémons that are now competitive due to synergies with newer moves, items or abilities that didn't exist at the time.
You can use the old common sets or do them yourself, but once you choose a gen to pick from, you may only use moves, abilities and items that existed at the time (if you choose gen 4 Vaporeon wouldn't have scald, Chansey wouldn't hold eviolite, Dragonite wouldn't have multiscale and no one ever would be able to use a Z move).
