Batman: Arkham Origins is an action-adventure video game developed by Warner Bros Game Montreal and released by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U, and PC (Microsoft Windows). The game is the third entry in the popular Batman Arkham mythos and a will serve as a prequel to the two previous games in the series, Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City.
About five to seven years before the events of Arkham Asylum Batman is on the verge of completing his second year of crime fighting and for the most part is use to fighting those who are weaker and slower then him. That all changes on Christmas eye when Black Mask puts a 50 000 dollar and one night deadline bounty on the Batman's head. The bounty has drawn the attention of eight of the best contract killers in the world whom one by one Batman has to defeat while at the same time dealing with the enigmatic Anarky, the crazed clown like villain The Joker, and earn the trust of Police Captain James Gordon.
Batman learns of a breakout at Blackgate Prison being led by Black Mask who has also taken Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb hostage. Arriving at the Prison Batman discovers a ferocious humanoid Crocodile like creature calling himself Killer Croc aiding Black Mask. Tracking Black Mask and Loeb to the execution chamber Black Mask states that he's starting a clean slate, of which Loeb is not a part of. Simultaneously releasing Calendar Man and killing Loeb in his place Black Mask makes his escape while Killer Croc fights Batman. Defeating Croc Batman threatens to throw him off a cliff while Croc mockingly explains that Black Mask has set up a contest of sorts inviting 8 of the world's top assassins to kill Batman in one night for a 50 000 dollar bounty.

I wonder why they never used Deadshot in the Nolan movies. He would've totally fit the tone and Batman pursuing him would've made for an awesome opening Batman scene to The Dark Knight, not that Batman chasing Scarecrow wasn't cool but it still.

Antileafshinobi It is great, but unfortunately it doesn‘t give you that comic book batman feeling, understandibly so since the dark knight trilogy is supposed to be realistic. The Arkham game series is the only adaption of batman that feels like the comic books.

Batman has a rule no killing but he still can beat them so they have to eat with a straw for the rest of their life but yeah dead shot in real life would be in wheel chair a full body cast

I was disappointed, when the 8 assassins were introduced at the start of the story , i didnt expect any of them to be in side missions. I thought we will fight 8 or more main bosses and i was most excited about deadshot.

Yah I agree. This is one of the problems I had with origins.
Easy kills are not really Deadshots thing. He prefers to make things as difficult on himself as possible when killing his targets so that he can brag about it later. If you listen to him in the game he hints at this by saying "I don't know what I'm going to enjoy more, killing you or telling everyone how I did it".

Well, it would be easier for Deadshot to kill him by sniping him from a rooftop, which is something Deadshot could do easily. But, you get the sense that Deadshot has gotten bored with his job, each kill has become less and less satisfying to him and he's a bit of a masochist in that he enjoys the thrill of the hunt but ALSO he's a bit of a narcissist and wants to hear about how great he is after completing a job.
Just my two cents on it.
One of my favourite side quest in this game. Love with the intensity and how and it encourage me to stealthily defeat the enemies quickly without being spotted by Deadshot.

Man, this fight bugged me. I had spent ages taking down his men because I wanted to be extra careful, especially since they'd pegged me once and I was down to about a bar and a half of life. But I really wanted to defeat Deadshot in one go. Yeah, I become too invested in these things, but I guess that's the idea.
So I finally picked off his troops and it was just me and him. I swoop in and begin beating the crap out of the guy and I just know I've got him dead to rights. Then he turns and runs, and even though I'm right on top of him flapping my cape in his face so as not to give him a chance to recover the game suddenly gives me a defeat screen. Why? Because apparently the hostage tactic had been triggered automatically once I took him down to a certain level of health. And even though he hadn't actually gotten to the damn hostage he had still registered as a hostage taker and had "seen" me.
Freakin' Arkham Origins.

Since dead shot has thermal imaging in his visor, why couldn't he just turned it on and locate batman then use a complex shot to get him??
+The Nickster It depends, there's actually an upgrade that makes you invisible from thermal sensing if you remain still while being scanned.

Batman Villains are badass while Spiderman villains are intimidating.
I can only think of one villian at the moment who is more than just intimidating and that is Carnage, murdering people with blades as his hands.
I'd say my favorite villians from Batman series are Mr.Freeze and Two Face. I can't help but feel sad for Freeze when I was fighting him in Arkham City.

There’s a theory that says that Kill the Justice League’s Deadshot ended up killing the classic Arkham Deadshot, then he just took over the alias of Deadshot, yet i don’t know how they’ll explain why are they both named Floyd Lawton tho
I love how this whole sequence was a predator encounter. The predator encounters were always my favorite part of the game, with the detective cases. Not many games have boss fights played out as stealth and that alone made this fight stand out as one of my all-time favorites of the 8
If this boss fight was like The End from MGS3, but in the city, it would be amazing.

I find it hilarious the fact that Deadshot constantly berates his thugs cause it gives me a slight oppurtunity to sneak safely around him since his attention is off guard instead of encourage to find the Bat.
The fact that Deadshot ricocheted that rifle shot just proves how tricky he was. A normal detective probably wouldnt have found that out for a while.

Deadshot in Origins was WAAAAY better than City. It was actually difficult, but not so difficult it makes me want to chuck my controller. But it wasn't do easier it was over in 5 seconds. (City).

Very disappointing. Barring the environmental analysis scene, it's basically just the Catwoman vs. Two Face battle from Arkham City, with a minor tweak of trick shots instead of a rocket launcher.
In fairness though I did enjoy catwoman vs two face

The things you can do in this game are all well and good. If I had never played an Arkham game before (and if not for the "Worst Nightmare" objective system that seems more like an exercise in frustration than a set of fun challenges), I'd have probably bought this game.
But the problem is that much of what you do in this game, especially when it comes to side missions, has been done in the previous installment, Arkham City. It looked like there wasn't much new to offer me in this game so I let it pass me by.
It also felt very patchy in terms of quality. For everything they got right, there was a Shiva, Electrocutioner, or Deadshot. Something horribly wasted. What irks me the most is this story is amazing... and then they fell back on The Joker because well we can't have a Batman game without him. Such a damn waste.
Naho Saenoki The premise definitely was strong. I think Bane could have been the final boss in a vein more like the TDKRises version (a mastermind rather than a brute), taking control of the operation from Black Mask before his defeat; the Joker would have been a surprise addition in the end as an ending that hinted "And The Adventure Continues..."
That's some really clever use of the smoke bomb, I didn't know you could pause a bit inside it and pull off all those silent takedowns.
I really enjoyed playing this batman game and it had a good online mode which rocksteady need to put into there games

I had fun too, bit overpowered on the hero side but that's what makes it fun! Shame they aren't doing anymore arkham games, was a great series, but they've lined it up as the final, difficult to make another at this rate.

the boss fight is so disappointing, was hoping deadshot would be sniping at batman from across the city and you had to get there to track him, but deadshot would've relocated and fire at batman again from another part of the city, y'know, like how a true master sniper would do

Well.... that was disappointing boss fight. Sniper Wolf, Crying Wolf and The End from Metal Gear Solid series, now those were proper sniper boss fights. Had Deadshot a similar open environment fight in the city, I would have nerdgasmed in my pants.

And all of those bosses can be defeated without a sniper rifle. With Sniper Wolf it's either sniper or nikita missile launcher

I think I will give this game a try it looks great, but if i may add i do like how he reconstructs the crime scene after the helicopter crashes but i think it would of been better if it looked more like a thought or thinking process with his mind replacing all the high-tech windows with more organic brain skins making it look like he was using good old fashion crime investigating techniques instead of having it look all high tech but either way this game looks amazing ty for upload.

I think the DC Universe would flourish if all of it's characters were all placed in a 1940s timeline. It would rock to see DC do a Ultimate Marvel type Universe but retailing all the Heroes and Villains stories as if all the characters started in the 1940s, Deadshot would use only equipment available in the 40s same as Batman, could you imagine how the Heroes would handle Darkseid showing up in the middle of War World 2 and anytime someone would Time travel into the future it would be accurate.
I miss Arkham Origins multiplayer. I got Arkham Origins the month it came out, and I got Arkham City the same day I got Arkham Origins.

I remember when I played this when I was younger thinking those were the only henchmen Deadshot and then more showed up.
This part of this clip is funny cause you got swarmed and so many showed up out of nowhere. This is also something Deadshot would definitely do in a movie or a show to have random people of his crew to show up and shoot Batman.

Is there some difference in the game between pc and consoles? cause on my pc i can't use a smoke pellet more than once every predator scene.
Anyways, Deadshot is one of the worst boss fights, very disappointing, i expected a mad dash on Gotham's rooftops, looking for deadshot while evading his bouncing sniper fire, instead i got this lame boss fight with respawning goons as an artificial difficulty.
I can use multiple smoke pellets on easy mode medium and up has a timer that gets longer to only once in an encounter depending how hard you set the game
