This is a 2 bedroom 1 and a half bathroom family home built on Rifugio Dei Pirati In Tartosa. This house also has a fizzery (winery) and a chicken coop.
It is no longer necessary to use the move objects cheat when placing lots built with the cheat on, however, I still recommend placing lots from the lot and not the world map. It is also better to place the lot on the lot it was built on, placing on another lot can change terrain paint and cause objects to disappear. If objects still disappear, enable move objects

And now we know the REST of the story! Captivating! I almost forgot all the awesomeness inside the build! Love love the doubled hutch for an armoire, doubled fireplace, and especially that piano! There was no in between with that huge, limited coloring grand piano and the keyboard…until Schnuck said “hold my beer”😄 The carpet piece for a tapestry was inspired as well! I love this world and can’t decide whether to just get it for the location&BB or wait for some real effort on EA’s part (yeah, that’s a ginormous can of worms). Don Lothario's coming-of-age backstory is heartwarming! I enjoyed it and the new build very much. My favorites this time around are the no CC, mod-free upright piano and the gallery art you chose to use as a backsplash in your kitchen.

This is fantastic! Love the Lothario backstory, too. Sadly, I had a neighborhood announcement yesterday that Don had died from getting too angry. I looked just about everywhere for it, but I still can't find his urn or tombstone. At least I can have the house in my game! :D

Not only is this build so beautiful and detailed but the storyline had me!! I don't know why I feel emotional after watching that but I do...it was perfect! Also I didn't even click that his name was Donny and you called his brother a Lothario so the twist was amazing. See, this is what makes me want to get this pack. The world, the styling of the buy mode objects, the story possibilities! But EA have ruined it for and I refuse to give them money for it until they’ve fixed the core function of that pack, I still can’t believe they release the pack in the state it is. I love the build itself: it's a great layout, and you are so creative in how you use existing objects and the T.O.O.L. mod to create unique things, like the turned-around fireplace and armoire, and the upright piano. I dont know why but this house gave me Italian home vibes.
It especially reminded me of the house from _Call Me By Your Name_ despite looking nothing like it.
I was going for Italian vibes - Tartosa is based off of the Mediterranean, and I think more specifically, Italy.

A humble request: Can you upload Don's family. ...even Sofia. I would like to carry on the family saga just like I did with the Braxton family. Also rekindle Sofia and Don. Currently in my game the Jordan Mayer and Don isn't working and Don with the Calientes was an even bigger disaster.

I'm glad you liked the piano. The story was more of why he is a womanizer, because he got his heartbroken and couldn't handle it and he remains an emotional child to this day, I don't think it makes him look better, just a little back ground is all.

amazing! do you play in all of your houses? i downloaded every one of them and i find myself struggling to find families and stories to tell 😂😂😂
I only play a story through for machinima and of course, play testing - Otherwise, I honestly rarely play , I have been playing some version of the sims since 2000 and while I did play more in S2, I now prefer to do story telling via machinima =)

The purse is Agnes Crumplebottom's purse from Cottage Living, you can find it in debug - I believe it is a bb.showliveeditobjects debug object.
Why did you hide so many microscopic toy robots behind the piano & in the living room?? My sim pulled like 50 from there 😰
LOL - I didn't hide any, it was a bug w/ TOOL mod that's now been fixed.
