This IKEA inspired family home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry room, sunroom, family room and a hotspring. I built this on Rock Ridge Canyon in Glimmerbrook, but would also look great on The Summer Home lot in Windenburg.
It is no longer necessary to use the move objects cheat when placing lots built with the cheat on, however, I still recommend placing lots from the lot and not the world map. It is also better to place the lot on the lot it was built on, placing on another lot can change terrain paint and cause objects to disappear. If objects still disappear, enable move objects

The build is spectacular! As always, it's the little things I love that you add; the custom lights and flowers on the teens bed? I love that. The shelf at the roof level on the interior to bring the dark wood all the way around and add interest? I love that.
Also, much to my amusement, I think you just made the Bjergson's interesting!

You done it again ….. just incredible so many nifty ingenious 🤔little building tricks. Some so simple like the bath towel rack on the bath so it looks draped over the edge…. But yet it is just those finishing touches that makes The room ….. This is definitely going to be used in my builds. I could rave about each n every room, the very taste full kitchen, the elegant living-room with duo sided fireplace ( gorgeous )

I have an engineering background, and I have real life architect friends who dont even come close to the crazy designs I see in your builds. Love the idea, build, and location. 💛Glimmerbrook is beautiful to me. 🌲 Also I rented my first apartment 22 years ago and practically purchased all of my home decor at the IKEA in Palo Alto, California. Lol.
I currently own a bookshelf and a dresser from IKEA LOL -Oh a Cali girl, eh? I once lived in Southern CA - Simi Valley and then the High Desert. I still love California 😍
8:30 Little details like putting the hampers in the same room as the washer/dryer tells us that you're one of the few builders who actually ventures into live mode from time to time.
Also, why are your Sims stories so interesting?
Well, I am glad you find them interesting and yes, I play test everything, so my builds may not always be super realistic but they work for sims 🙂

I like your IKEA inspired build, these and the other one are so cozy, wish I could play sims 4 again and made my sim lives there, because it reminds me of the house in Life is strange 2 where the two brothers seek refuge to their grandpa and grandma's house and that house is so cozy, but unfortunately I need to save up money first so I can upgrade because my PC can't handle sims 4 anymore, maybe soon, anyway keep up the good work! 👍👍👍
