I have been using the outlook app since its release, and it has stopped showing the preview in the last week - it may be an outlook update, but it is extremely frustrating and I can't seem to fix it. My notification just shows "open outlook to read the message" 😡😡

Yes, I went into Settings > Outlook and then turned off Face ID, I do not use it, not sure why it was turned on to begin with.
Actually have the same problem with GMAIL now 🙄😡
