Padric, introduced to you from GHPC and was a big fan of you on there, was sad to see you leave them. You’re great on camera and your fab skills are incredible. Can’t wait to see the amazing builds that will happen on this channel.
honestly i could watch cool interior builds all day. strangely that hasn't translated to any improvement in my own cabinetry skills... PS - it's fun watching your demeanor change from "builder" to "host", you got some Ricky Bobby "I don't know what to do with my hands" vibes but it's all good, just tie your hands behind your back and remember you've already spent hours in front of the camera my dude, and the people like what they've seen!
Hey man, we met last year at overland expo, I’m the Oregon Trail’R teardrop camper guy. I just wanted to say that when we talked about you joining GHPC, I knew it was going to be a jumping off point for you. I didn’t expect so fast, but that’s none of anyone’s business, and I see no downside. GHPC is still going to be amazing, and now we have another sick build channel to watch, and being a Toyota guy myself I’m STOKED to see more content directed at your diverse collection of rigs. And as a cabinetmaker, I’m super excited to watch you build out the camper interior… Subbed, looking forward to the next build, and as I said before, if you ever want to borrow a badass offroad towable camper for a trip that you don’t want to take the Sunrader on, holler atcha boy. LAST THING- music is the life giver at my shop, we have almost 9k sqft, and our stereo sounds like a concert venue. We have 3 bi-amplified JBL studio monitors (big ones, with 10” drivers), and three powered 10’ subs to go with. They plug into a computer dedicated to music with all the streaming services loaded. Total investment maybe $1500 (all speakers were used on craigslist), but it’s loud, clean, thumpin’, and makes life in the shop at least 75% better for all of us.
Congrats to you from Sweden! This concept - crazy projects, guest appearances on other channels, starting a new shop, collaborating across the country and state lines, road trips, detailed construction vids, lots of humor and just living life as a creative builder - is a winner! In a world where the worries about AI taking over "jobs" might paralyze a young whipper snapper such as yourself, there's people like you, Evan/GHPC, BUM and others keeping it real and, I hope, making a good living! Best of luck and will be watching from afar!
Hey Padric. Love what you do. Glad to be here to support you and your channel. I have a 98 4R with V6 5sp Factory locker. Already kinda built. ARB front bumper and Warn winch. Custom sliders and roof rack. Back seat delete with 6’ drawers/bed King rear shocks with 3” OME springs. And OME front. Needs upper/ lower control arms and king coil overs. Happy to let you build it if you need a vehicle for content.
Thought your arrival to the Grind. Co team was pretty phenomenal, loved the energy you brought and your own expertise and ideas. Instant sub for me, I'll be looking forward to whatever project you get up to! As for interior build stuff, don't be afraid to include some stuff about it, if you're passionate about overlanding rigs. Than that passion will resonate on all the parts, including the cabinet making and design decisions that go with that. All in all, stoked to see you build more things! ^.^
That hat at the beginning.... sweet. The ending..... sweeeet. The bit in the middle........ sweeeeeet!! 😁🤣 I'm definitely looking forward to watching this channel grow 😊 Happy Christmas, Pardric and Mrs Padric 🎄😊🎄
Next one to leave Idaho after a short while - makes me think grind hard is getting people ground out… Good luck with your new channel, Padric! Looking forward to see it growing!
Hey Padric is so Nice to see someone we Like Building his own stuff and happy with it. I’ve enjoied every Moment of you on GHBC and i wanna wish you the best luck on you Future!! Cheers from Brazil!! 🔥🇧🇷
lol I clicked on and subscribed because of your little Toyota camper. I don’t even watch Grindhard but that caught my eye so don’t under estimate the draw those types of build could have for your TH-cam channel. Especially if that’s a passion project, that passion will show in the video and the things incredible on the outside so I’d love to see an interior build out. I think more diy 4x4 campers builds make great content because not everyone can buy a an Earth Roamer.
Glad you started a channel man. I'm in CO and have built many a rig and now a Suburban. Appreciate the upcoming content and I also would watch you build cabinets and interior on that truck. Cheers. Looking forward to the future.
I have been follow and watching grind hard for like 9 years now and was sad to see you leave but im here now to follow and watch your channle grow man congratulations on everthing you have done and are going to do!!
Great stuff seen on GHPCs channel! Padric awesome to see your own channel! Such a humble fun vibe the way this man works. Can't wait for what's to come!
Definitely want to see the interior build on the Overland cab. As far as tools. You will need a good fixture table. Can't go wrong with a Fireball tool table. The a Langmuir Systems Plasma table. Press brake, Lathe, Bridge Port Mill and a kick ass heater! Keep it real man can't wait to see the awesome builds.
Really enjoyed your energy and fab skills on GHPC. Sorry to see you leave them but you having your own channel is exactly what we need for 2025! Some wild stuff built from scratch using some epic engines will make for badass builds with your talent. Looking forward to what you bring us!
I have a sunrader and a 1987 Toyota pickup and both are going to be upcoming projects for me. ( first I am building my wife her dream house then I can build a shop) really looking forward to the ideas i pick up along the way.
It was fun watching you with grind hard, there great. It’s going to be fun watching you grow your channel now. I know I’m going to be looking forward to all your videos.!!
Hey brother glad to see the channel, and I wanted to say before the channel is huge I would paint whatever project you want just for the opportunity to do so and that’s kinda what I do so it would be premium for sure 😂 I can paint cars and make knifes that’s about it but looking forward to see what you build this into
Hey padric I hope the best on this new adventure of yours. I live in north eastern Washington state and wanna turn my wife's 03 honda pilot into an off road trail rig with bigger tires and taller suspension. I also am trying to build an off road recovery truck out of my dads 73 dodge power wagon its part way there but still needs alot more and im doing what I can withe the barter system
Padric congrats on the new channel, I’m stoked to follow you on this new endeavor. Your wife sounds like a trooper!! Not allowing you to sell her runner, 330k on the clock, flying thru the air and still a turn key!? Somethings just can’t be replaced 😂 looking forward to exciting content and following your next chapter.
Learning your outros from the pros I see ;). Loved your work and personality in grind hard so will definitely follow along all the way from the Netherlands
Can't hate on ya, my man. Life gives you choices. If you don't try, you will never know. Glad ya gave it a go at GHP. Looking forward to your new venture and subbed!
COUNT ME IN!!!! Love the work of 'The Making OF' basically anything, I know my environment is not what yours is however we can all enjoy each others company!
I think it's the camera movements and how you move/present to the camera, but this gives me the same vibes as the show Xtreme 4x4. Sooo good! I can't wait to see what kind of mayhem you get into on this channel.
led lights are a must for off road driving! Bull bar for the front and rear will save you in the long run. Having been hit by a car head on, it saved us a lot of time and money. the other car was pushed back to the windshield! Ours had a busted radiator bottle!
Looking forward to the next cool project, and then seeing you bash the crap out of it. Not gonna lie to you, I'm going to miss you over at GHPC, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
Big fan Patrick, good for you. Love Toyota's cannot wait to see all your new builds. Much respect from canada merry christmas and happy new year to you and your family.
You quickly became my favorite at GHPC and it seemed like a perfect dynamic. What changed? Last I recall you had gotten a house in idaho, left your lathe with ethan, and been announced as a permanent employee?
As a toyota enthusiasts myself, and having a mid travel tacoma im stoked to see you build up toyotas. Your fab skills are top notch and watching you over on grindhard youll do great with your channel.
Had to follow, you from GHPC PATRICK, your skills are amazing, it is so good to see an American interested in Toyota's, I have had 2 Toyota LWB HI-ACE Vans in my life first one was a 77 Hi-Ace petrol the second came along in 2000 a 1998 diesel Hi-ace Van people just don't realise how good they are I would love to see what you could make of one or of its iterations, the commuter or the Coaster I think you would have a solid workhorse that could provide an excellent base for a decent project My tool recommendations for tools Bridgeport mill Lathe 3x72 belt sander, 100 ton press Toe jacks Centre punches MAG drill Welding table Grantry crane Floor creeper. @@ElevatedFabworks I've had this present diesel 2.8 litre for about 21 years now it's done 328,000kms and the mechanics I talked to said 328kms! Not even broken in yet lol should be good for a million ks very reliable but if something does break on a Toyota, rather expensive to replace I doubt I would ever go back to a sedan type vehicle again, the van is so handy for going shopping in and comfortable being a courier vehicle
Brother man don’t listen to the trolls and haters. Loved watching you make and break shit on the other channel and I’ll enjoy it just the same on this one, glad you’re in control of your life happiness and fun. Cheers! Can’t wait for the content and the merch.
Hey brother, I'm in F town with you. Saw your camper last summer going through downtown and thought about chasing after it for a better look. Let me know what I can help with.
Plasma table is a must. And tubing bender!! I would also watch you build that camper interior. That stuff is very interesting imo and some people probably want to attempt something similar but think the task is way too large. Show them how it’s done!!
A must have for the garage........don't know......maybe a roll of that fake green grass with a hammock hung up over it. Anything....Anything you do will be fun.......Going to be a good year ahead.
If you want to restock your shop without breaking the bank. I got two words for you. Harbor freight! Not only are their tools half the price. But most even surpass the quality of Milwaukee 💯 there's actually a lot of mechanics and TH-cam channels. that have literally switched from Milwaukee to Hercules after using them ! 💯 As far as stereos go think Kenwood! They build their shit with ALL competition components and again! Half the price!💯
Heck yeah pretty stoked for this one. Been a Toyota fan since my parents brought home a t100 in 97. It got handed down to me in 07. Still have it to this day.
Let's go this is going to be sick. did you leave grind hard? Are you still living in North Idaho? If not why did you move back you were only there for like 5 months?
Some things don’t see the light of social media, like my personal life and choices. Just know moving forward I’m here to bring absolutely banger content and I’m stoked to have you here if you’re up for it!
I have a very similar 4Runner - 03 V8 with lift, sliders, roof rack, tire carrier, and mine is actually very sentimental to my wife too, lol (her dad bought it new). I’m looking forward to seeing you bring yours back to glory!
To the people that want to know what happened with GHPC, I'm curious also. BUT it's really not any of our business, whatever you think. Just because someone is a content creator, personality, or whatever you want call them, it doesn't mean they don't want a private life when they aren't in front of a camera. If you want drama there's plenty of it out there, you don't have to look hard, it seems you won't find it here. Padric I subscribed to see interesting content, now get your tools and get to work.😊👍 And good luck.
So true, but at least this split (or whatever it is) seems to be amicable and I'd say almost planned, as opposed to the last one, when will disappeared totally off the cuff and without mention, at least ethan said it in his last video there side in a kinda sidebar way without saying he was straight up fired or had quit
I was JUST saying how much I enjoy your stuff at grind hard. I’ll definitely miss you there but subscribed as soon as I saw your new place. Absolutely looking forwards to what you’ve got to offer here.
We all would like to know why you left ghp co not your next moves but the down and dirty reason you actually left It was very implied that you sold everything to move up to North Hill Idaho and we're going to be a permanent situation there so we really all want to know the real truth behind what made you do this instead of that
You guys are hilarious hahaha. Things change fast in life. If you think I uprooted everything, closed my shop, my wife closed her business, and I moved 6 vehicles across the country to ‘make a quick buck’ or for my ‘5 seconds of fame’ that’s on you. Content creation has been on my horizon for years. Things didn’t work out up there for reasons the world doesn’t need to know and that OK. What is important is moving forward I’m fully dedicated to bringing the best content I can to the table and having a damn good time while I do it. Speculate, spread rumors, whatever ya’ll wanna do. But I’ll say once and for all I did NOT make a buck doing this, and likely won’t see a positive return from my summer, EVER. I’m doing what I love and committing to doing it the best I can. Just like I always have.
To see a channel that does Toyota based 4wd tomfoolery is awesome! Ill be in for whatever you got coming down the pipeline! hopefully some crossover eps with ghpc will be in the future as well
Oh hell yeah! I can't wait to follow along. I must say, for a first 'official' video, the professional looking production quality is amazing! Cheers broski!
You were such a great addition to GHPC. Ethan really respected you and it was easy to tell he felt at ease with you around. Totally understand you doing your own thing. I look forward to seeing what you do!

Bro loved you on GHPC and am building an overland ambulance conversion so I’m stoked to see you do more overlander builds.
Stoked to have you along for the journey!
Brother man don’t listen to the trolls and haters. Loved watching you make and break shit on the other channel and I’ll enjoy it just the same on this one, glad you’re in control of your life happiness and fun. Cheers! Can’t wait for the content and the merch.
I appreciate that. Let's get this rowdy party going 🤘🏼
That dually Toyota is what dreams are made of. Amazing work.
Hey brother, I'm in F town with you. Saw your camper last summer going through downtown and thought about chasing after it for a better look. Let me know what I can help with.
I appreciate it man! Maybe we can grab dinner someday
Plasma table is a must. And tubing bender!! I would also watch you build that camper interior. That stuff is very interesting imo and some people probably want to attempt something similar but think the task is way too large. Show them how it’s done!!
I need a table, but I’ve got the Tube Bender on lock! I’d never sell my ol’ faithful!
@@ElevatedFabworksmaybe look for an old crappy kitchen stove and hit up prismatic powders for some powder coating supplies.
That’s 100% on the list 🤘🏼
@@ElevatedFabworksgood deal. Can’t wait to see what you do on this channel. I’m a bit of a Toyota hoe myself.
TH-cam recommend this video so you're off to a good start.
A must have for the garage........don't know......maybe a roll of that fake green grass with a hammock hung up over it.
Anything....Anything you do will be fun.......Going to be a good year ahead.
🤣
If you want to restock your shop without breaking the bank. I got two words for you. Harbor freight! Not only are their tools half the price. But most even surpass the quality of Milwaukee 💯 there's actually a lot of mechanics and TH-cam channels. that have literally switched from Milwaukee to Hercules after using them ! 💯 As far as stereos go think Kenwood! They build their shit with ALL competition components and again! Half the price!💯
Appreciate it! Im pretty stocked with Milwaukee right now but I may have to give them a go!
Heck yeah pretty stoked for this one. Been a Toyota fan since my parents brought home a t100 in 97.
It got handed down to me in 07. Still have it to this day.
Me and my dad have a 1992 Toyota dually flatbed we would love to 4wd it with help
Good for you bro! wish you luck🤙 and im here for it🎉
Let's go this is going to be sick. did you leave grind hard? Are you still living in North Idaho? If not why did you move back you were only there for like 5 months?
Some things don’t see the light of social media, like my personal life and choices. Just know moving forward I’m here to bring absolutely banger content and I’m stoked to have you here if you’re up for it!
@@ElevatedFabworkssounds sick, I'm totally up for it. I'm excited to see what you do next 😊🎉
Hey I look forward to seeing more of your creativity here.
spill the tea man
Spilt! I love rocks!
@@ElevatedFabworks, so does Cam Patterson...lol
Ethan has ADHD, and he couldn't take it anymore
yo watching from down in Costa Rica, love your work you did o GHP, look forward to see what else you are capable of doing!
Stoked to have you along for the journey! 🔥
Awesome here to support my fellow New Mexicans?
I have a very similar 4Runner - 03 V8 with lift, sliders, roof rack, tire carrier, and mine is actually very sentimental to my wife too, lol (her dad bought it new).
I’m looking forward to seeing you bring yours back to glory!
Nice, sounds like a beast! It will be a labor of love for sure. Almost time to get a donor cab 🤣
I wouldn't be bored with interior overlanding build montages being thrown in occasionally.
I'm thinking it may get incorporated 🤘🏼
Hey Padrick, glad your back in your old shop! Looking forward to your builds.
Get ready for some wild builds! 🔥
Thanks, I'm pumped to be building my own thing too!
We all would like to know why you left ghp co not your next moves but the down and dirty reason you actually left It was very implied that you sold everything to move up to North Hill Idaho and we're going to be a permanent situation there so we really all want to know the real truth behind what made you do this instead of that
Bro got a touch of winter and said "nah I'm going back to NM"
Are you serious..? It's money, he did it for money.
@@ElJeFe556 honestly man I I was thinking the same exact thing grindhard probably wasn't paying nearly as much as he needed
@@timcozad6125it’s 100% a more brutal winter here in SW CO/ NW NM than it ever will be in Sandpoint.
Our elevation is higher than their ski area peak.
To see a channel that does Toyota based 4wd tomfoolery is awesome!
Ill be in for whatever you got coming down the pipeline!
hopefully some crossover eps with ghpc will be in the future as well
G'day. Build what you enjoy & I'm sure you'll grow on here. I'm so for interior work too. It's another aspect of you.
Oh hell yeah! I can't wait to follow along. I must say, for a first 'official' video, the professional looking production quality is amazing! Cheers broski!
Thanks! Appreciate it!
You were such a great addition to GHPC. Ethan really respected you and it was easy to tell he felt at ease with you around. Totally understand you doing your own thing. I look forward to seeing what you do!
Hey Pat glad to see you making videos again, looking forward to your new content!
Can't wait to see you in the southwest. FLC grad here. 10 years in dgo. Best friend in Aztec. We're in the roaring fork. Love me some Tayotas.
Hell yeah Padric! I have an 86 turbo pickup and have been following elevated overland for a few years. Stoked to see you making moves 🤟🏼
