Say what you will, this is a beautiful, vocalist introduction to a piece of symphonic significance. The European musicians are not to be dismissed. They have much to offer.
I heard this violinist on a mix, - opening sound Tears of a Black Man - Beautiful!!!! Inspiring! Heartfelt! Spiritual!!! The most beautiful sound i ever heard!! Let it be unto the Lord! I started searching for more and that's how I came upon this. Keep making beautiful music please!!!
Sounds like an old cartoon movies where the main characters is looking at the corpse of his parent so they just sit there with it while it slowly sobs while the camera slowly pans further and further away before a time skip. Its so emotional i love it. Its quite sad i have no clue who this guy is or the band he plays for is.
This symphony was written after the passing of Barnes' daughter, Natalie. This movement portrays devastation to Barnes as a father, also, acceptance towards hope.
@@dasteufelhund It is many times that the passing of a loved one inspires the purest form of artistry. This composition and the performance of it is absolutely amazing.
Enhorabuena maestro Nogueroles, una gran interpretación sin duda, propia de un gran músico. Felicito también al percusionista en el solo de timbal, buen sonido y decisión. Un aplauso a toda la banda y a su director.
yo, this sounds amazing. i’m a high chair trumpet player in my school’s concert band, and i’m auditioning for tuba in a few weeks. this is really awesome, great work.
@sergiokibizer8317 Tubista is correct in Spanish, tuba player in English. The music is the Third Symphony by James Barnes, a marvelous piece that begins with this tuba solo.
what a B.A.T! Very well done. (I used to play tuba). I miss playing but I don't miss how people's eyes glaze over when it's time for the tuba to solo. It's an understandable situation, human ears and brains just aren't equipped to put much emphasis on listening to that register. A smaller F tuba starts being more listenable but still borderline unmusical for the average listener. I hate to say it but yes, the tuba was originally designed to be a supporting instrument and still that is it's most functional role imo.
Of course, the usual thing to do is to play the base for the orchestra or the band, but a solo from time to time is good. Be encouraged to play the tuba again. It's great! 😊
Tubas will forever be the best instrument (im totally not biased)
I can agree
You are right tho it’s the most important in the band
As someone that plays tuba i agree
Tuba players never die.
Wow, the tone and range of this solo makes me pause, and listen.
It is a fantastic and emotionally charged piece.

チューバ奏者だけど、ソロどころかメロディーくる事に対して免疫ないから、ソロきた時(私は1回しかない)は嬉しさとなんかよくわからん感情(?)でおかしくなる()
This solo is very emotional. Just enjoy the music. 😊
