    I can relate so much with your story Katie 💕 thanks so much for sharing. Growing up with a neurodiverse brain is tough and has such a profound impact on confidence in adult life. Love your channel so much.

    Very interesting video Katie, thanks a lot! I could relate to your story, I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD (among other things) at age 42 and started medication 6 months ago. My life changed since then. I encourage you to look into medication as well. On my end, I’ll dig into this neuro-feedback thing, this looks very interesting to me ;). Thank you again for this video 😊

      Fellow ADHD-person here 😄 I was diagnosed with 25 and the right meds can make such a difference! I just take them when needed, but knowing that I can sit down and work not constantly interrupted by my thousands-thoughs-a-mile brain is a big relief

    Thanks for the video! How does this compare to other devices like the Apollo and Sensate? (in your own experience - ie. how it made you feel) Do you know if it improves vagal tonne or hrv?

    I don't know where you find these things, but I hope you keep doing so. It would be great to see your progress updates. This seems like NeoRhythm on a higher level.

    • @katie_moore
      @katie_moore  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      yeah! the difference is that neorhythm was using PEMF to try and modify brainwaves. this instead is using sound to help your brain self correct. The sensors themselves are just monitoring the brain to watch for improvement. I found this far better than the Neorhythm as far as noticeable results.

    • @Chimonger1
      @Chimonger1 ปีที่แล้ว

      @nikos You comment troll-like. You probly don’t want a response. Or maybe you’re jaded.
      But…
      Until you (or someone you know) try something, there’s no way of knowing if gadgets work, or don’t, for your needs.
      Many medically designed gadgets DO work; this is one.
      But not everything you see on TH-cam does (witness all the perpetual energy gadgets).
      We were shocked at how stunningly well red/infrared light therapy drastically reduced pain, in just one 20 minute treatment-at my age, that is nothing short of miraculous!
      And……Years ago, I tried a “sensory overload” gadget that could entrain brainwaves; it was positively amazing-I went from too exhausted to even walk to the car, much less drive it 20 miles to home-to feeling awake, alert, able to focus, & positively euphoric, in only a 10 minute program of alpha-deep delta-alpha-the effects lasted very well for at least several hours, & I slept well & thru the nite.
      There have been other gadgets tried over several decades, that also were pretty amazing. Interestingly, the use of the gadgets seemed to affect some beneficial changes that persisted.
      Imho, people will require gadgets that help reset the body to be more functional much more, as the ambient radio/microwave/electrical “smog”, & especially the 4G & higher, increase. 6G is projected to actually use all our bodies as signal carriers-THAT is a big mess of destructive to living bodies.
      The body is electrical & responds to magnets, & to various light wavelengths, to electro-smog. It responds to patterns.
      When these things are changed from natural ambient, to artificial ambient, living bodies increasingly suffer.
      Tech/science/engineer people who fail to learn about & account for Nature, & who fail to consider long-term adverse effects of their manipulating living bodies as-if all were mere mechanical machines, are doing long-term pervasive harm….much of the developments have been forcing living organisms into a mechanistic mould…this is chronically destructive.
