Dragon’s Tooth Roanoke VA

On the first day of our weekend trip to tackle the Triple Crown, we kicked things off with the Dragon’s Tooth trail. This 5.5-mile out-and-back hike, with a 1,500-foot elevation gain, took us about 4 hours. While the rocky, technical sections posed a mild challenge, the trail was mostly smooth, offering up some truly rewarding views along the way.
