You are the best I've seen yet and believe me that means a lot because I was a decorator for many years , I decorated until I needed surgery on both hands! My hands word tingly and numb sometimes for days so I chose to quit decorating because I refuse to have surgery and I made a great choice! I still do wedding cakes for family or birthdays seldomly your fast like I was so be very careful with your hands and learn to take breaks in between thanks for the videos very relaxing you're a fantastic decorator I don't see you using any reverse borders, seashell borders or anything like that and I would like to see you do some of that I used a lot of two or three color icing which I think is very beautiful and borders or roses or any flowers but every decorator has their own style I do love your pastels that's what I used to love to work with again great videos absolutely beautiful cakes
I so miss making wedding and birthday cakes. I have back problems and can’t do them anymore 😭

You could try chilling the flowers in the refrigerator then put them on your cakes,that way they shouldn't slip off your cake....also chilling your base icing too...30 minutes in your freezer/ refrigerator always works for me and my girls....😊😊😊😊

Your strength is in your beautiful realistic flowers! Your cake looks beautiful but if I could offer constructive criticism your frosting spread could look cleaner. There are noticeable imperfections on top and on the sides. For top dollar they should be as clean and perfect as possible.

Beautiful! What consistency is your icing for the cake, then your decorations? What type of buttercream do you use? Sorry for all the questions but my icing sometimes falls off the sides. I'm in Texas so maybe that's why lol
