the absolute hypochrisy the imperium embodies never seizes to amaze me.. they pretend to be appalled by the drukhari pain engines and the torture etc but then try to out-torture and out-pain engine the drukhari in every aspect by what they do to loyal citizens.. its literally bloody amazing..

The Sly Marbo, my headcannon is that he did actually kill some orks, to the point that he became bigger than life in their eyes, and rumors of him spread among the ork ranks. The ork gestalt effect kicks in, and makes Sly into the masterful stealthy warrior that the orks fear him to be.
It's the Yarrick effect kicking in.... except Marbo's more terrifying because he didn't try to prey on Ork psychology (which Old Man Yarrick knows all too well), he's just that badass.
Unfortunately the Ork Wagggh effect isn’t actually able to affect anything not ork or ork adjacent. It can make an ork weaker than a human if the orks believe that human is stronger than them, but it doesn’t actually do anything to the human itself
@@ianharrison5758 Someone being stealthy in consideration to orcs who don't know how to be stealthy besides the kommandos is orc adjacent. Think of a kid who sees things in a dark forest that aren't real. They could easily morph their environment to be scarier and be less aware if their surroundings than they really are
I love how you make your videos, because when you have humor, it’s placed rarely, but just rarely enough that the fact it’s there is funny in itself. Your voice is professional enough where you have to wait a few seconds before you process the funny, but I always get at least a chuckle from your jokes. Keep it up with the same frequency!
The Malfunctioning Ork Teleporter gun must be one of the most hillarious things to whitness... Random Snotling falling from the sky, exploding on impact in the middle of enemy troops 🤣

The orks in 40 are literally comic relief xD the thought of them just smashing a thing together and end up getting their arm blown off but get more annoyed that the little sod they tried to fire out didn't would always make me chuckle
I have a weird suggestion for an insane “weapon.” Ork latent psychic abilities. Making pieces of garbage as dangerous as bolters, turning a pile of scrap into ships and stompas. Painting vehicles and weapons certain colors making them faster, deadlier, or sneakier. Or honestly just Orks themselves. They were a engineered bio weapon made by the Old Ones.

Apparently a lot of us has trouble falling asleep. The fact that we choose Luetin to help us focus and relax is nothing but pure appreciation. He is helping people across the world with a problem that is usually solved by either alcohol or drugs or both. yeah thats in the lore the eldar as a race fell into darkness and the perverse birthing Slaanesh into existence only those that foresaw the coming doom and separated themselves from their empire survived the wrath (eldar at current date, the craft worlds) most of the race had their soul/ spirit energy sucked from them into the warp which is what Slaanesh is, those that survived hidden in the warp paths at the time became the dark eldar and can only survive by appeasing Slaanesh with their constant deprivations and sacrifices made to Slaanesh.

You are another class of detail, structure, presentation, and overall quality. Other channels over simplify I think too much to become easily accessible for beginners and never stray from it also so they do not feel challenged with their lore assessment. Others who attempt to dive deeply don't have the quality for mentioned. Keep it up 🔥

I mean the dude made the Warlord Sinister Psi Titans, which are far far worse than any punishment the Sororitias or Ecclesiarcy can come up with, and approved the use of the Clade, Callidus and Eversor assassins. All he would do is really swap the "faith in the God emperor" aspect to "for the progress of Humanity" and send em right back out.

@@deanwalker3956 Yeah, instead the Psi Titans just strap in people and consume their souls as power, not giving two shits about safety, and the Assassin process took millenia to get right, thats one of the few things that actually advanced from the time of the Great Crusade. Also the purpose is for the "pilots" to die, hence why they are unprotected. Hell we see in the Mortifiers, that if they don't want the person to die, they are very very well protected.

I love 40k for this kind of shut. Why just cut your enemy with a simple light sword or shoot it with a láser or bullets. No you must crush their souls, or destroy thier minds, and thats just the first line of weapons.
Still the most grimdark thing is the Luton video with the intro quote that you think is from 40k but turned out to be from Charles Dickens talking about industrial revolution age Great Britain.
For some people everything was better when older... I'm not well versed on wh40k modern canon or narrative. I know there are stupid Disney comics that have stupid plot...but that's just Disney?
I have to say Luetin, I really like your stories. I know nothing of the 40k universe but I am glued to your videos. I know it's loved by many but I don't even know its basic rules. This deep lore makes me wish I knew more. Thank you for sharing your great insights into the chaos ridden universe ;)

When i was a kid my dad used to take me to the mall. He said I could get one video game for every one book I read. I saw the cover of Brothers of the Snake and got it not knowing anything of the world I was about to walk into. 16 years later and I’m still here loving every second of it
For next to cover I suggest these Warlord Titans, a specific Terran pattern, with a princeps who must be a psychic Null, and an interesting use of a warp engine. Oh yeah, to be converted into an Arco Flagelant is a totally harmless punishment. 40K is a proper crazy universe.
There's something about the intensity of Luetin's enunciation and tone that makes even trying to pitch audible sound like a tale being told by a war veteran turned archivist.
Just gotta give you props man, I been enjoying your content for a bit now and I absolutely love how cohesive your script and editing is. I love lore and war hammer is one of the coolest sci-fi landscapes ever. I don’t play it, but this channel has presented me something so insane and crazy and fun.. it’s awesome.

You ever think of telling 40k stories? Random inquisitor travels, space marine fight, guards man struggle etc. Edit: make up your own, I would love to hear what you come up with!
I'd love to see a series on "special squads" I probably have that term completely wrong. But for example chapter master honour guards, the emperors chamber guards. Sometimes when you speak about far flung locations that have important infrastructure you'll casually say "And it's under extremely heavy guard" or the like, I'd love to hear instances of that expanded upon.
I love your work. I'd love to see more judge dredd lore also maybe a breakdown of saints or the emperors actual children Maybe a breakdown of your view of the next primarch to return or possible true death or resurrection of big E
Just impeccable lore. When i have arguments with folks about how things work. I send them to LT. LT has actually can grasp what the writers are trying to say and the 40k universe, including how physics would function in this fantastical realm. Even on a greater level at times i feel than the writers understand. The warp videos are an real argument buster.
I just wanted to say I love listening to these while I try to sleep. As a new WH fan, yours and Majorkills videos have made my restless nights that much easier. I just shut my eyes and listen and then eventually I'll fall asleep like a baby. Learn WH lore AND sleep? sign me the fuck up

I'd like a series of novels going over his first Star of Terra and the beginning of his legend. And honestly, I'd pay good money to have Gulliman meet Sly in some form or fashion as a meeting between two living legends is always a cool thing. I love the stories of mortal men taking on insane odds.

Technically it should wipe them out completely... buuut if they somehow do manage to counteract it then it’s only a matter of time before they can reverse-engineer and use it themselves I think it would be a similar situation with the plague of glass

You are another class of detail, structure, presentation, and overall quality. Other channels over simplify I think too much to become easily accessible for beginners and never stray from it also so they do not feel challenged with their lore assessment. Honestly I think it would be hilarious to see a group of Orks who somehow started to worship the Emperor instead of Gork and Mork. like they see a giant statue of him and they are like "Dis A Big boi... Biggar than ourz Gork thng!"
Can you imagine being the Emperor of Mankind, who's end goal is the enlightenment of humanity through science and reason, seeing something like the Penitent Engine or Mortifiers being done in his name?
I mean the dude made the Warlord Sinister Psi Titans, which are far far worse than any punishment the Sororitias or Ecclesiarcy can come up with, and approved the use of the Clade, Callidus and Eversor assassins. Also the purpose is for the "pilots" to die, hence why they are unprotected. Hell we see in the Mortifiers, that if they don't want the person to die, they are very very well protected.

I'd love to see a series on "special squads" I probably have that term completely wrong. But for example chapter master honour guards, the emperors chamber guards. Sometimes when you speak about far flung locations that have important infrastructure you'll casually say "And it's under extremely heavy guard" or the like, I'd love to hear instances of that expanded upon.

Just impeccable lore. When i have arguments with folks about how things work. I send them to LT.
LT has actually can grasp what the writers are trying to say and the 40k universe, including how physics would function in this fantastical realm. Even on a greater level at times i feel than the writers understand. The warp videos are an real argument buster.
