This is why I love TH-cam.....just came across you video while searching for info on the Mobius. What can I say.....stunning visuals, great music and nice skills. I could watch this for hours, what a beautiful location. Amazing how stable the video is on a glider.
    Keep them coming bro ;-)

    You son of a gun...
I was born and raised in that area, and currently living in Chciago. You sir have just made me homesick!
Beautiful flying though, and I see the winds around The Skillion haven't changed!

Beautiful views and impressive quality of the video, can you tell me what is the configutarion off the camera? 16:9 or 4:3 1080 Narrow or Wide?, and can you confirm me if the firmware is the v1.13 2013/12/25??
    Thanks! Beautiful Flight

Hi, thanks. Default 16:9 settings, 1080 wide. I think you got the firmware version right. ☺

Looks awesome! Where can I find the update?

    • @ZaksterBlue

Copy the Mobius GUI software (www.mytempfiles.info/mobius/index.html) onto the camera's memory card and run it with the camera plugged in. It'll update the firmware for you.

Stunning! Just ordered the Bixler 1.1 and currently looking for a reliable FPV setup. Will greatly appreciate if you could give me some feedback :)

Thanks, I have a Mobius cam and immersionrc 600mw hooked up to an arkbird osd. works pretty well, especially with a crosshair antenna on my attitude goggles and a spironet spw antenna on the vtx. For radio, my Spektrum Dx7s managed between 2-3.5 km mostly. I switched to a cheap OrangeRx 100mw 433mHz system and now get 3-6 km on pretty basic antennas. Others have managed over 15km on better antennas on both ends.

      Thanks for your feedback!
Do you also use the Mobius for Live FPV and video recording?
I have the SJ1000 but it has only a MicroUSB port. Not sure If i can utilize the same Cam for FPV, at least I can for video recording and would need an additional cam for FPV like the Boscam Camera Model 720TVL. I think wouldn't risk using the SJ1000 for Live fpv.
I'm still trying to choose the right product from most reviews etc.
As for the RX, I was looking at the RC801 black pearl since it has everything built-in and can be powered by an external source. I think the goggles are bit pricey and above my budget.
As for the TX, was looking at the same one and also the antennas.

Hi, I'm not familiar with that camera. If you're going to buy a FPV cam anyway, you could look at the Boscam range that records in HD as well. I think these have less latency than the Mobius keychain cams I use on my Bixler which have around 100ms of lag; it's ok for cruising around with a glider, but I've had issues trying to do the same with a quad at low level.

I mean did you do any post production adjustments cause this is the best mobius footage ive seen, really sharp, and color unbelievable, also is this the wide angle version

    • @ZaksterBlue
      @ZaksterBlue  10 ปีที่แล้ว

garu8193 Ah, no, this is all default settings and no fancy filters in PP, using the new firmware 1.13 which is much better than previous ones. Good conditions for this camera on the day, too.

ZaksterBlue Any stabilizer used in the Bixler? I agree, the new Mobius firmware is much better!
