I went looking for dupes this morning because you made them seem so necessary! Walmart has some like the x-large ones! They're by Mainstays and are called "Mainstays Plastic Utility Storage Organizer Bin, Clear, 15" x 10" x 9.5" " for those of us who don't live near a Container Store! They're only $5.78usd compared to TCS bin at $8.99usd! I can't say anything to how they hold up in comparison or how they feel in hand as I've not seen one from TCS in person. I already put them in my pantry and my girls bathroom closet. They're so big and I love that they're clear and have handles! Thanks for making this video!
I used these for a client who loved making quilts. It stored everything and she could see all her fabrics. Another client of mine uses them in the fridge among other places. I am sure she is using them 50 different ways as I write this!
BINGO, Laura! In your generous tour of storage spots, you opened the dreaded under-the-sink cabinet... Mine is at critical mass and I have a troublesome back. When I need a product down there, and I do frequently...its dark and a JUMBLE...the nicest word I could think of. Your bins-a-lot video opened my eyes to possibilities that will become realities...soon! THANK YOU SO MUCH! : )
These look nice for a pantry or an inside area that has doors. Based on the dimensions I looked up for those. But I use 12x12 cardstock. And I don't want dust on my things inside an open bin since I live in a desert area and when the wind blows, most things gets dusty in the house. For those reasons, I'll keep looking. Thank you for sharing! Again, they would work well inside a pantry.
Great video! I think these are also Cas"s favorites (Cas from Clutterbug). My Ikea Pax shelving units are just over 11" deep but my wardrobe units are much deeper. I can see using these for socks and underwear as well as Kondo-folded jeans and tees!
I use these all the time. I have them in my pantry for canned goods. They are in my craft room and 12x12 paper or slabs fit in there perfectly. My husband uses them in the garage for his supplies and tools. So good. Only at Container Store!!
This is very helpful! My son has to see everything, so clear mind of various widths is wonderful! Also. I am desperate to organize canned goods without any de went pantry location. Thanks!❤
Since the Container Store is now over 2 hours away I went looking for a similar product. Someone mentioned Walmart's dup, how about the Brightroom collection from Target? Maybe you could compare them to see how they hold up. thanks for all your videos Laura!! I've put a lot of your ideas to good use.
I love these bins, I had not thought of using them in some of the ways you did! Do you have a link for the Amazon label things? I didn't see one in the description - thanks
Hi! The embroidery thread organizers are something I purchased about 12 years ago. I’m pretty sure they were a Martha Stewart product, but I don’t think they are available anymore.
Hi, I’m Laura’s mom😀 I used the Large bins for the fabric. And I used the medium bins for patterns. I also use the bins in my pantry, bathroom, game closet, etc.

Yes, those are great - I wish they had all the sizes!
🎉😊
I’m guessing I’d need to win the lottery to buy so many bins!
Or get a sponsorship from container store 😂🤣
Wow, it all looks amazing. Love it!!!
I also looove these bins you introduced me to 4 or 5 years ago! I bought several when they were on sale and use them in about every room of the house.
Laura, These would be so awesome. I better start saving money now. 😊
I have at least 10 of these in my house already. I used to work @ TCS. Everyone including me loves these!
On your recommendation, I bought these bins for my pantry. I love them. So easy to bring out to a counter. Great bins

I found these when looking for scrapbooking storage, love them!
Thanks for showing so many great ideas for these containers. I WANT THEM ALL!
I love the frosty look. Much more sturdy if you happen to drop them. Will not crack. Great video as well.
I use these type bins for my old magazines.
I got so much from this video that I forwarded it to my wife and a friend.
Keep up the good organizing!

Yeah, I wish they had lids 😢
Love this idea and this video! I think this may be exactly what I've been looking for!!! I hope they are still in stock!!!

I wanna be your friend! Somehow I found you and we are very much alike in organizational styles! My brain is exploding!!! ❤

Great Ideal Laura.❤
Nice, Laura!! So many good uses.
Your videos give me ASMR tingles!!😅

Target now has the almost exact same bins in the same sizes!
The ones I bought at Walmart are holding up very well, and worth every dime.
How did you come up with 52? You're amazing! I really like the pantry items contained in these.
Great video! Can you add a link for the clip on labels from Amazon please? Thanks so much!
Yes, here's the ones I use: amzn.to/419wdHC

@@GetOrganizedHQ thank you!!!!!
Can you show stickers, journaling stickers, or/ and specifically Happy Planner stickers in the bin(s)?
$7 average for a bin is a little on the expensive side for me ... but I like that they all match.
Hi Laura! I love the video and all the ideas. Would you provide a link o the label you use for these bins? Thx!
Yes, here it is: amzn.to/419wdHC
This is the bin that I would have bought a while ago, but being over in the UK I cannot find a place to get them from!
Was anyone else thinking the 'bin' was going to be a trash bin?
Ahaha I like the way your brain works! :) There's definitely a lot of clutter that could easily go in that kind of bin, isn't there!
Where do you get the nice labels? Both the white and the black ones
Wish they'd make white ones. I don't want to see the clutter inside them. I only use them for a few things behind cabinets.
Unfortunately we don’t have container store in Singapore.
Love this but also want to know where you got your embroidery thread organizer that was hanging on the wall.
Hi! The embroidery thread organizers are something I purchased about 12 years ago. I’m pretty sure they were a Martha Stewart product, but I don’t think they are available anymore.
I'm trying to figure out what size your mother used for her fabrics. I like this to help me organize everything in all parts of the house😂
Hi, I’m Laura’s mom😀 I used the Large bins for the fabric. And I used the medium bins for patterns. I also use the bins in my pantry, bathroom, game closet, etc.
Hi Laura! Does hanging file folders fit in those bins? 🙂 -Molly
In Europe, they're sold at Clas Ohlson.
How do you decided what size to get? Maybe I’m overthinking it.
I have lots of these and use the medium and large the most.
Do you find the bins on the freezer need to be replaced more often because they become britttle??
they do not. i have three of them in my freezer since 2013 ... they are still flexible.
i hope you see this!
As an affiliate, are you able to offer us a coupon code?
I don't have any access to any special coupon codes - I wish I did!
What's the Container Store?
A nice store with allllll kinds of organizing products.
The usually only have them in big cities, but you can order online which is what I usually do.
An overpriced store
So it seems like you have different sizes?
Yes, I LOVE that this bin comes in different sizes so that they fit in just about every cupboard, cabinet, shelf, closet, etc.
Gah I want it but it's soo.. ugly to me. Is there a more clearer bin? I do t like the cheap foggy plastic look
Unfortunately, the only have this type of plastic.
just know that these are far more durable than clear boxes - different type of plastic
