This song is just great, and great for children, and fun for all ages. Please promise to look up the lyrics for this song and the original recording by Bing CRosby and The Williams Brothers (with a very young Andy Williams). The song was composed for the movie "Going My Way" and won best original song at the Academy Awards. The lyrics are perfect for today. It's also a really fun melody, but again, please look up the lyrics.

I cannot see well enough to type this, so forgive my assured errors. Kids enjoy this song and personify the animals mentioned. Then they can be challened to make up verses that other animals might sing, like a giraffe or an octopus. It can be a great exercize om stretching imagination and collaboration, even for kids.

Were you able to find he lyrics? The titles for the first recording was "Swingin' on a Star." It has also appeared as "Would You Like to Swing on a Star.
bit that is a bit cumbersome. As I explained above, it's a great song for children.

Good morning. I walked mdog this morning, as usual, but the sky turned ominous looking and we made it home before the downpour, that decided to wait an hour or so and then was just a disappointing burs of rain for a minute or two. Busy tines ahead.. I'm supposed to be slowing down, bu the people around me know that is unlikely.
