I have used creo for more than 3 years currently switching to nx. I can't say which the best exactly. But what I like about creo is very intuitive interface, clean interface, less modelling time. Easy to learn. Drafting need improvement to beat others. Nx I would say after getting considerable experience, but for now, it contains lots of commands, longer modelling time. I agree on learning only 2 softwares max. I would prefer creo and nx.
Sir i have already learned a siemnens NX certidied. Only 3d modelling part design. Im in final year mechanical engg. I want to go in automobile design which other software should i consider.
Hello sir I have see this your video at first time so i get some ideas for how to choose design softwares. Really very very thanks sir. Sir how to get experience for catia and nx softwares in fresher students because why i am hearing to you many companies don't give chance in catia nx software for fresh students. Please Tell me some ideas sir.
Hey I this is a personal question if I were to target nissan and ford industries with starting fresh & 2 years of experience in solidworks (working )will I be able to crack it ?
It depends upon your preparation and skills. Big companies look for core design skills and domain knowledge apart from cad tool Proficiency. Skills like NPD, GD&T, Tol Stackup, systematic problem solving, DFMEA in resume will definitely help to get interview call.
First of all, ansys and CNC is not at all needed to become design engineer. Learning Creo makes sense. But that's not sufficient. I have explained the knowledge areas which design engineers need. You should focus on learning them. I have written blogs on www.designgrads.in on this topic. I recommend you to read them to understand roles and responsibilities of mechanical design engineer and then try to learn skills accordingly.
@@mechanicalvault seating system interior design uska manufacturing kaise hota hai sir? Jaise automobile parts cad design hone ke bad cam karke cnc vmc machine hota hai waise wo kaise hota hai?
Sir,I have a doubt.pls reply. If we move to machine design one has to know more than the foundational elements like sensors, motors, plc programs and electrical knowledge isn't it? Is it good for one to take plastic or sheet metal domain more than machine design.
The best summery about CAD systems Ive ever seen. Thanks!
Wow, thanks!

What about Solid Edge ??
Every cad tool has unique strengths. But Creo, Catia, NX and Solidworks are very popular and cover most of the industries.
