1 lb Bird's Eye Peppers
3 scallions
5 shado beni (culantro)
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
10-15 cloves garlic
1 1/2 - 2 cups olive oil

Hi Chris I still have one of the dhal mill....I still use it to grind my dhal for dhal pouri roti.....I use it to grind my gera an my sweets material...best grinder....it's 42 yrs old...I do my green seasoning as well urs looks so yummy...I would have to heat it up next time...u take care of urself an be safe....Mattee Deonarine...from California in Trinidad..west Indies❤❤🙏🙏

We used to use the same mill in Nigeria when I was younger , my mother in law still has hers and it’s the same age as my husband . Where did you buy yours from in Canada ?

Looks good. Do like to sprinkle fish fillets with a bit of turmeric and then brush on a decent amount of chilii oil and then barbecue or grill

We call the mill a dhal mill...After boiling the yellow split peas...pass it through the mill to make the dhal for the dhalpourie roti...Yuh in de game there bro...Jus hold dem and wuk dem...
