Well there's two possibilities (sorry ahead of time if i sound annoying or like those people trying to correct everyone and everything. Anyway)
1: only kevin will have a sugar rush since each head has a separate brain and personalities so they will act different-(ish)
2: they all get a sugar rush since they share the same body which means they share the same stomach which also means that the sugar rush causing compounds enter the body and brain of all three heads.
