ok couple things. yes the cadillac has 100 hp more as well as more torque. but the engines in this test are irrelevant what matters more, 2 things... 1, the cadillac has better weight distribution, more weight over those rear tires for them to hook up better. and 2, street tires more suited for better traction on pavement. TRACTION is key. if this were to take place in dirt or mud the off road tires of the f150 would have helped it more. you could throw that gm v8 into the f150 here and even twin turbo it or supercharge it or whatever you wanna do, throw 100 shot of nos on it. still would have lost this match just because of TRACTION difference. dont believe me? take this same test, same vehicles, same engines, and throw warmed up sticky drag slicks onto the f150 and kick it into 4wd low and see what happens. then take these same to trucks with their current tires, run this same tug of war in the mud or dirt watch that f150 win, but then throw on a more aggressive set of off road tires onto the caddy and watch it drag the ford again. now which vehicle is better? well that can be a war for the fan boys all day long, i personally have no opinion on that. but this is a test of traction not power

Funny thing is, if you put that same caddy against a 5.4 powered excursion, or navigator, it'll get drug around the block and then some... why? weight and gearing. I had one of those 04 F150s... Ford puts open diffs and 3.31-3.55 gears in most of em, so your 4x4 is mostly a 4x2, one in the front one in the back... 3.73s and limited slips - what you'd find in an excursion or navigator - are rare as hell in an F150, usually have to be ordered that way.
4x4 all means torque can power at distributed to the wheels with the most traction, AWD torque and power are distributed to all wheels, makes more sense if they where both 2WD

I had an 07 Navigator and the engine died at 90k miles. when i contacted many engine rebuilders, they all said that the 5.4 has a lot of issues. mainly the cam phasers and oil pump. they even said to stick with GM. no one knows more about engines than rebuilders. they know all their weaknesses.

Considering a manufacturer's modern day staple V6 engine makes anywhere between 280 and 320 horsepower naturally aspirated, of coarse you're going to get a lot of power when you put two turbos on it! I could see it being a first mass producing this technology in trucks and SUV's, but you can keep it, personally I'll take a 6.2, hell I'd take a 5.3, over an Ecoboost any day. Now, GM sucks because they get engine problems all the time? Ok, what backing to that statement do you have??? You're projecting your personal opinion as a fact, while offering no insight to back up what you say. I can tell you that I've owned GM products my whole life and they've been good to me. Just to name a few, my Cadillac CTS has 212,000 miles on it and I've had very few engine problems with it, my 2012 Tahoe has 90,000 miles on it and it has yet to have a single problem at all, just regular and preventative maintenance. Are they a perfect company? Hell no, none of the manufacturers are, I'd say Honda and Toyota/Lexus are as close to it as it gets. I buy GM because I'm a loyal customer, they've never let me down, and they make vehicles that suit my needs and style.

I had a first gen expedition. Absolute beast, but far too easy to spin the wheels, which is why I don't have it anymore. Rip. Also they didn't have traction control and the abs didn't always function properly.
