@@RosalieYoga I feel like I finally have control of my mind I do this whenever I feel like there is nothing left and my Head starts getting so loud that I can't think anymore After the "session" I feel so rested and my thoughts are not as bad and loud as they were before With every single time I do this I feel like I'm gaining control over my feelings and thoughts back I just wanted to say thank you that you chose to share this, that you chose to help people like me who are struggling with bad thoughts I really hope that one day I can give something back to the people
Hi all! I noticed that I went "in and out of conscious" (falling half asleep 😂) during this practice. Is this something that's normal or does it take more practice from me? Would love to hear your tips on this, since I'm new to NSDR and Yoga Nidra. Thank you for the wonderful video, Rosalie! ❤
Hi Priscilla. This is very common. I often say that the most difficult part of the practice is staying awake! Please know that whatever experience you have is the perfect one for you at that time. If you're falling asleep, it means your body really needs it. Once you've made up that sleep deficit, you will find it easier to stay awake :)
