And Quaith who in the show was only in season 2 but in the books appears frequently to Danny in visions.

The thing is she doesn’t want it to believe. She doesn’t want to pause her quest to become queen at this moment. Just shows that Jon always was the better person and cared more about the lifes of others than to be king or queen.

The one thing that always gets me about this scene is like... how does she of all people disbelieve his story about a supernatural enemy? The one who literally has dragons flying around outside

There was palpable proof of dragons in the Red Keep. They were merely a fact of life on Planetos before their extinction. There existed no proof of the White Walkers besides the wall, and it was so much more comforting to tell themselves that it was simply to keep out the "savages" to the North.

Who would've thought this moment of meeting Jon would've been her downfall. She built everything she had from the ground up...then....she was my favorite from the show. The writers did her dirty
I honestly don’t care if she went overboard with the whole burning Kingslanding. The writers tried to turn her into a villain but failed in my eyes. The dragons were killed by the smallfolk while chained in the dragonpit, karmas a bitch.

This show tries way too hard to be "realistic" while insisting on having fantasy elements. She herself is immune to fire, seen supernatural shit take place right in front of her and commands three dragons the size of buildings, and yet an army of the dead rising from the grave is where she draws the line..?
I mean yeah an army of the dead is a hard line too cross. Dragons in GoT are just another animal, a dangerous animal but not a legend like they are for us. White walkers though? That’s like telling someone the boogeyman is real and that he’s coming south with an army of the dead.
White walkers hadn't been seen in thousands of years and only really hardcore northerners believed in them
Dragons were there a few hundred years ago and they still have evidence with the skeletons of those dragons. Everyone knows dragons existed

@@JRpainX Yeah but their seen as just another animal back when they still existed. They only died like 2 centuries ago when White Walkers haven’t been seen is 8,000 years. Bringing an extinct creature back from the dead is shocking but the literal Boogieman coming back with an army of zombies?
I just realized that Davos was referring to the attack with Stannis when he said he almost took king's landing without dragons.
Tyrion's "almost" is then a funny quote that I missed.
Would have loved Jon to have either:
-Flipped out on her blatant dismissal of the threat, and told her to say that to the wildings who lost their mothers at Harthome, say that to the people who's loved ones died defending the wildings until they could get away.That he saw them, saw the white walkers face to face, that he killed one, that he saw hordes of undead, skeletons with strips of flesh hanging off, or freshly dead men women and children, turning on their friends and family, that he saw the land become silent and the night king walk on the dock, eyes bright blue, a crown of horns on his head, stare at him with cold malice and intelligence, and raise his arms, saw all the dead stand up, his friends, brothers of the nights watch, all stained with blood and eyes icy blue, nothing but puppets and meat for the night king to use.
-Or brought a wilding to do the 1st, and have the wilding really yell at her, at her cold dismissal of the threat, tell her what happened, how if not for Jon no one would have left Hardhome alive, and then end it with: " We free folk don't kneel for anyone, but we would for Jon Snow. He saved us when no one else would, he died for us, he helped us get south of the wall, that some of us could leave Hardhome without being dead meatsacks in the white walkers army. But, we'll never kneel for you, southern dragon queen who thinks herself rightful ruler of all these southern lands. You think the white walkers mere myths and legends? When they're marching down here, and all your precious army are dying and coming back as wights, when you're dragons get shot down by the walkers with not even smile from them, when the eyes open blue, that's when you'll bloody realise what's real."
If he said all of that she would’ve definitely thought he was crazy. Sometimes less is more
he did sort of flip out on her a bit, telling her basically that she can't get march into Westeros and start making demands, dragons or not, the Great Houses won't be just cowed into submission. Especially the North which is fucking enormous and stubborn as shit with loyalty to those who have faced the Winter and all the cold, hard Life the North brings. Hence Davos' later comment of: "Those hard sons of bitches named him their King, showing their loyalty to him"

I never understood, how everyone so easily understands that DRAGONS exist, but Night Walkers is just a scary bedtime story to tell children to scare them into obedience?
Because dragons have been seen and recorded just under 2 centuries ago, while White Walkers haven't been seen or heard from for thousands of years.

To be honest not going to King's Landing immediately was the dumbest decision Daenerys made in the show there was literally no freaking reason not to go yeah her dragons would have burned a lot of people but as we saw she literally could have just used them to blow open the gates and clear off the walls of defenses and then take out the Navy just like she ended up doing. She could have ended the whole War not only quickly but literally all of her allies would still be alive basically 4 Jon Snow even did the Battle of the bastards to take back his own home Daenerys literally could have taking back King's Landing even quicker. To be honest though the plot line that really pissed me off the show was bran not because he became king which of course didn't make sense my biggest issue with him is he basically became omniscient he literally has the power to not only know everything that happened at any given time anywhere in any reality but he also has the ability that was shown on screen to manipulate those moments in time we see it where he shouts father in his dad in his early twenties during the Roberts Rebellion actually heard him speak but I didn't know what it was of course did anybody with a brain realizes that he could literally talk to people in these past times and he literally could have manipulated events by giving them certain information stuff that literally could have changed all future events he literally could have prevented like every single death since the season 1 from ever happening and literally making sure that Westeros was at its strongest and maybe even have it where he's able to forge Alliance at Daenerys and who's ever in charge of Westeros at the time to fight the night King and maybe even prevent a lot of the wildling deaths that happened at hardhome he has the power to put is words into the ears of people in the past and make it so that they learn certain information that would otherwise would change certain events like could you imagine what would happen if he let is Dad know that Petyr Baelish was trying to start a freaking war between the Starks and the Lannisters

I feel Daenerys, Jon is calling her building her life up from the ground "squabbles" like overall her life has been pretty shit until a few years ago. She built her power through luck, grit, and smarts. Like bro have some empathy
With a whole lot of emphasis on luck. Also, she didn't really "build" much.
She became a Khaleesi through marriage, got the dragon eggs as a gift, had all of her most trusted advisors come to her unprompted (She didn't need to seek any of them out, prove herself, or earn their loyalty). The Dothraki followed her partly because of Drogo, but mostly because of the dragons
The only real claim she has over the iron throne is based in "birthright" (which never held much weight since Robert Baratheon had already deposed her father). But the second she realises that Jon has a better claim, she demands that he relinquish it, and becomes paranoid.
The most significant sacrifice she made was at the end of season 1, with the whole Drago's Death saga, and clearly the loss of her "Sun and Stars" isn't weighing on her too much, since she refers to him as her rapist and abuser in this scene, just so she can make a point
