OMG I have just started doing the morning post it thing from 25 Jan. Instead of post it, I have created a calendar-style notebook. For each day I have written purnamadah mantra. I open it in the morning and read it. I have also started writing 10 creative ideas every day too. This is from James Altucher.

My life is extremely busy as I work and run my own business as well.as looking after my family and home. No matter what, I always schedule in time for reading even if for only 30 minutes a day.
Thank you for always giving. After engaging in your content, I’ve become a lot more aware and understanding of the potential impact that I could make on this world.
I think the answer is simpler: we aren't productive and waste time because we don't have a good "connection" with our goals. We just do many things without REALLY thinking about them. WHAT WE NEED is to spend some time with ourselves everyday planning the next day. Best way is to have a walk ALONE thinking about things to do tomorrow. Visualize.. not write and make notes, etc. Just a broad visualisation of who you are and what you'll do tomorrow. Make that connection. Countless of my students have found this working better than different MODELS and STEPS and other complicated ways.. JUST have a walk and visualise. You'll also move a bit that will release the right hormones for you to have a positive connection with the next day's purpose!! Best of luck guys!!
Tbh I love grabbing my phone first thing in the morning. I'm trying to learn Korean right now so the first thing I do every morning is grab my phone and watch something in Korean for at least an hour. It's actually a great way to start my morning
Social media is more bad then good and we all know this..One thing I figured to do with social media was create a productive account. By that I mean only follow educational pages (nutrition pages, psychology pages, health pages, science pages, etc.), entertainment that I like (movies, shows, etc.), positive influencers (like Jay 😉), and other productive pages that only purpose to benefit me in a good way. So whenever I'm on social media, I'm usually bettering myself just by reading, watching, hearing the things I follow in the most distractive way possible 😅. It may sound weird but it works for me and I don't feel any guilt compared to using my account where I follow all types of media, etc.

Brilliant suggestions Jay - so much time can slip away when doing this but I am aware that it's important to follow at times for destress and to allow the universe to bring forth it's intentions for your life as well. I’d add exercise! Find exercise you LOVE doing. For me it’s cycling and I can now cycle every day and enjoy it whereas running was always hard for me to make a consistent habit 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

A great book on productivity is The One Thing by Gary Keller. Sometimes we kill productivity by doing too much. Busy is not the same as being productive. Avoiding phone in the morning and sometimes what if an important/urgent or sudden messages or information came up and we miss it? And by the time we check our phone, it's already too late?
My dream lately is literally to be busy, i graduated university and i couldn't find a job afterwards i tried a small tutoring job but it isn't even something i like or that helps me, its literally few hours a week, so i got my energy and passion consumed by everything else...now i lay in bed, barely do chores, barely want to get out of the bed honestly, its really annoying not to be able to do anything, and finding a job is now a dream here due to the pandemic, people in my field are searching for workers with at least a year of experience, being a new graduated person is the worst....
