Yes they did. Service information says less than one hour but they wanted to spend 2 hours. Thats what they charge me. Total I believe was $350. They did a half ass job.
2011 is the first year they used this setup. 2004-2010 is cheaper parts, not sure how easy or hard the labor is. This video is also apply to newer qx80 vehicles.
Not to keep them even. Every tine you change one you have to bleed the system from any air gets inside. So to avoid paying twice for the bleeding I recommend to replace both rear ones at the same time.

My 2012 QX56 suspension lowers when vehicle is switched off, but raises when started. What kind of problem is that? Air suspension compressor or something else?
You have a leak in your aitlr tubes. Usually it's from where the tubes connect to the strut. It could be other spots. I have tries Teflon tape before and it worked.
Disconnect the hose end by pushing the valve to the strut then pulling the tube away from the strut. After that wrap some Teflon on the tube end and reconnect. It does not hurt to inspect with soapy water before and after. Be careful with the hoses as they brake easily.
Put soap water all over the undercarriage. On the compressor, the connecting pipes, the struts. Could not find any air leak bubbles. What else can I do next.

Is this for the Deluxe Touring model (with Motion Control) or the base model? I have the BASE mod and the dealer told me you do not have to bleed it over the phone but it sounded a bit sketchy
Touring package gives you the 22" wheels and HBMC system (the one in this video) an easy way to tell if you have HBMC: if the truck has sway bars, it does not have HBMC and wont need to be bled like this.

It all depends on how much air has gotten inside.
That's what I was thinking to do, replace front and take to the dealer to bleed, but dealer in NY said it will cost me about $1100 whole day job!!
Hell no. Find a nissan dealer and talk to them. If the Armada has the same system then nissan can do it for you.

Strut is the suspension. The one lifts the vehicle. The on I replaced in this video.

I think all models have hydrolic suspension system and bleeding applies to all.

Base do not have hydraulic system.
Jfc don't do this at home. You have to go to the dealer to recharge the fluid anyway.
