Sir but u didn’t see the PDCASS score 1 hai, highest! Matlab 8gm hai but digest bhi poora 8gm hota hai. Isiliye keemat high hai! Baki ke powder mein 8 Gm hoga toh bhi digest score 0.6 wagera hota hai, toh digest kaam hoga.

Absolutely not. There is no problem consuming soy protein. You need to eat lots of soy protein to raise your estrogen level. Moderate amount is perfectly fine. No harm. Will make a video on soy and its myths soon.

I have used it , it shows no effect on muscles, but due to this protein powder, there is declined in testosterone, don't waste money on amway products , if you plenty money , then choice is yours , this my personal experience and opinion
