Coventry UK | Walkabout tour September 2023. Sightseeing, pizza and Churches!

We spend 24 hours in Coventry with an overnight stay at a Premier Inn in the city centre.
After taking advantage of a free return to Twycross Zoo, we decided to head 30 minutes down the road to have a look around Coventry and to see what it has to offer.
On this occasion, we spent most of the time wandering around and getting a feel for city. We have to say that the people of Coventry were very welcoming and friendly.
The old Cathedral which was bombed during WWII and the new Cathedral are a main attraction for sightseeing tourists but there are plenty of other attractions and museums to visit.
We plan to return in the future to check out the Museum of Transport as well as The Wave water park.
