I'M BACK! This has been a crazy week! So this video is just bringing us from the last video up to this point, where I brought the pond builders to the fishpond! It might be a bit more raw and disjointed, but it's an introduction to the upcoming pond building series!
Kumander Daot, I suggest that you seek assistance from the Bureau of Fisheries to provide you guidance on how to manage/operate it better. I'm sure they will be able to provide you with some trainings too. You can even request them to have an ocular inspection of the site to make sure that your new workers are doing the right thing. Hi Anselm - it's been awhile since my last comment on your vlog and I am back. Title of the video is "New Fishpond" - glad you're back to working again in your fishpond - first attempt was not a success, second was a failure but that "failure" was not actually a "failure". In my opinion, it's a learning process reason mother nature intervene. You could have made journal what went wrong and use the journal as your way to avoid future mistakes. I hope third attempt will be a success. There was a book I've read about entrepreneurial. One segment in the book describes that anyone who starts business will experience hurdles and problems starting from hiring people, where to buy the cheapest supplies, where to get money to inject while the business is not making money yet. It also states that anybody who starts business, the first, second and third years are the crucial stages - meaning - business is not making money to suffice expenses, you have to inject your own money to make it to fourth and to fifth years. If you read the history of Apple, Dell and other big companies how they started - you know what I mean. I hope third attempt will be the magic year for you.

komander you need one person whom you can fully trust as caretaker of your fishpond. .your previous caretaker was sort of "bantay-salakay" type. .dont let it happened again. .
If you think of it as "good content" and do a good job of filming the project then even if things go wrong you will have a successful TH-cam series out of it.

You became mentally stronger of 10 folds since you had that harvest lesson learned episode. Additional research for the fishponds inorder to protect during natural calamity... Heavy rain, typhoons etc..are among the usual counter problems having a fishpond.. good luck to your endeavors...God bless you.
