Can you do a video on which reports you use, how you customize them, and which ones you send to the customer and how often?

It's pretty easy to understand why you do these video's when you say you do not care about doing them. You need to vent. You can't vent to your wife/girlfriend or whoever (I don't know your situation, just found you, so no offense). They don't want to hear or know about this crap. But we do, and you know that. Who better to rant about this than to us. So... thank you. I'll listen to your rants everytime.

How do you know when to increase the monthly cost for a client when their business has significantly grown since you started working with them?

Hi are your cleanup quotes also based on # of transactions? Do u factor in all the stuff that has to be addressed in some way?

Hey Zack, thanks for doing these videos! Question, for a small startup business do you charge the minimum you mentioned here? Or something lower since they have no transactions as of yet?

Hi there, I am new to your channel and starting to watch some of your videos. I am glad that there is someone just focusing only on BOOKKEEPING. Just a quick question, for all of your clients do they have to purchase the QB online for their own use, and you will help them to do their book? Or will you manage that part too? Just kinda want to know what is the option are there

Hey Zach, how would you recommend charging clients for a service like Project Profitability Tracking on top of the basic bookkeeping services?

I was doing more research on bookkeeping, and came across this guy who said it’s gonna be hard trying to survive on 500 dollars clients a month was leaning more towards 800

Great content and thanks a lot for uploading such valuable and practical information. My only concern is that jobs such as accounting, bookkeeping, copywriting are being heavily off-shored to low cost countries since they are not so regulated. I am all up for putting in the hard work to gain technical knowledge and then persevere to get clients. But I worry that after doing all the work, only to realize that low cost countries are diluting the North American market. Nothing against anyone based out of low costing geographies but it remains a concern for me. I'm based out of 🇨🇦 🙂
    Any feedback? Thanks in advance...

Please tell me how you would bill a client who is building a development/Multi-Family. This is a project, so hard to bill a set fee. Would you still bill them monthly? This is going to be a new ongoing client of mine. Would love your feedback.

What wrong with just doing what you have been doing? Please keep TH-cam videos up. You know business leave. Just raise rates for new ones as an option. You are doing a great job. Your money lending is doing well, you said. Congratulations. Happy new year.

Hi, I am new to bookkeeping and I have a very basic question. If we do bookkeeping for a client remotely, how will we get the raw data that we need to record
Like bank statements are one thing but accounts payable and receivables won’t be shown in statements right…i mean can you help me with this. Will I get all the things myself or do i have to request client to give me xyz things. And won’t that bother the client ??

You will need to have access to their system in ordrt to pull the infor eg. Access to the QBO to see the AR and AP or whatever they use to handle that
