I was a Financial Advisor for 30-years. My 2 biggest clients were a guy who owns his own Diesel Mechanic Shop....made INSANE money. 2nd guy owns a porta potty business. Makes around $500k-$600k per year. Lives in a beautiful home and he's hired enough employees that he just sits in his office and "manages" everything.
My neighbor on his own mobile diesel mechanic business. But he kind of contracts out to these two businesses. He splits his time between the two but he makes like 100-plus an hour. The thing is he just used to work for other people but he got smart and paid for a older bigger truck cash. It's like a service truck but it's older. But he bankrolled everything. He already had his tools from being play diesel mechanic for many years. The only thing is he started from a young age and he worked on trucks. But he was versatile enough to move over into working on heavy equipment and it worked out for him. He told me some days he can make $1,400 in a day.
I worked for a mold remediation company and started installing plastic in crawl spaces . 3 grand for the installation, and it only takes 2 to 3 days . Easy money .
From $37K to $65K that's the minimum range of profit return every month I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.
i work for a hood cleaning business and he only charges per hood 8 foot hood for 375 and big hood 675 and people still complain about price cause there is a company that charges not even 125 for a 8 foot hood but does a terrible job cleaning them so you always have people under biding

Average hood cleaning job is about 500bucks. Also that anybody can do it. The restaurant needs a certificate of completion that the state will recognize.
The average hood cleaning job that YOU do is $500. I would suggest re-watching the video and paying attention to when I spoke about educating both yourself and the customer about this very thing. Also, remember that pricing is completely subjective, find the right customer base, find the right restaurants, and you won’t have to worry about working for pennies.
Mike how much do you think we should be spending per week or month on Google ads? I know it’s a broad question but I own a landscaping business, watch you all the time and trust your advice. I’m in a rural area so it’s not gonna be right now because we’re not doing a whole lot. Any advice would be helpful.
Hey bro, I use Google ads for my business. I live in a large city (Minneapolis st paul) and am in a fairly competitive niche (detailing) I spend roughly $100/day and generally get 8-12 leads daily. These costs have almost tripled compared to years past. From 2020-2022, that same $100/day budget got me 20-30 leads reliably. The ad costs have gone up. Your city size, and competition would dictate the costs. Smaller city, lower competition = lower costs on your ads, generally. Bigger city, lots of competition = higher ad costs. I hope this helps!
This was just an average - you can buy a $5,000 truck if needed but when you buy really cheap, older vehicles - they tend not to be as reliable, they tend to be a money pit because you’re constantly putting Band-Aids on them to keep them running, and the last thing you wanna do is have an unreliable vehicle, because unreliable business owners let customers down, which is a bad thing. That’s why I said to look at vehicles that are a little bit, newer, and better shape which means they’re going to be more expensive. But when we first started out, I was buying shitty trucks all the time with the understanding that they weren’t gonna last when they were unreliable. I wish I didn’t do that.
@@AllAboutPressureWashing Yep! Everyone thinks they can buy the equipment and some how the calls will start rolling in. The 1st thing they need to do is set up their advertising plan, not buy equipment. Maybe even do some advertising before they buy anything to make sure they are getting calls.

@AllAboutPressureWashing Ok thanks, I must have missed that. I removed it and reinstalled the app already. I lost the contacts but there were only a few so not too bad. Yeah, since meeting Shellane Maxwell, I now agree that with an expert managing your portfolio, the rate of profit high, with less risk.
I will advise you stop trading on your own if you keep losing… i don't trade on my own anymore, I always required help and assistance

What is a good pressure washer for hood cleaning. Would a skid 8 gpm work or would you need a small hot water wheeled unit. Thanks in advance.
