Normaly you are supposed to use puppet master soul with Ape Skeleton Soul to cross these underwater spikes
There are various ways, this is one of them.
I think skeleton arc helps out more

btw, do you know if the piano room it's an actual puzzle or just decoration?
The piano was supossed to be a puzzle, many people still theorize about it, but they did nt complete it in the base game.
I found someone glitching it but I dont recommend it.
A really nice decoration for me.
