You have this blend of professional skill and folk soul that is hard to match. Your voice would fit just as well on a concert stage as it would a few barstools down, and that'd a compliment. Thanks for making the music from a very important and often glossed over conflict available to newer generations.

I just started putting together a playlist of my favorite covers from you, so it's good to see you remastering these. Some of my favorites are your first few uploads, so I can't wait to see the new versions.
Rising of the moon was one of my favorites! but I couldn't allow myself to watch it while looking at your new stuff and the quality that is. great job!

@@dotto4807 I understand what you’re saying now-and I agree! I did also find myself gravitating towards these full of energy remasters! I just don’t ever want Seth to feel like he did a bad job, even then, especially with all the heart and time he pours into it💚💚💚 to people like me (in case Seth is one of them), your work is your heart… and your soul, and your self… so how people feel about your work feels like an extension of how they feel about you… if someone, for example, were to tell me that they didn’t like my (Irish hisfic) book, that I spend hours and hours on, and pour myself into, I would feel like they were rejecting me, my heart, and everything I poured into the book, even tho they don’t know about it or that they’ve beheld it… so I just want to make sure he knows that is loved. And this is too, especially! I try to make sure that my quiet friend is taken care of, too(:
I got a cat just before the first version was posted, I named her Moon because of it. I have that version as my morning alarm, she comes running when she hears her song playing
Amazing stuff Seth! I listen to your music at work everyday, it makes things go that much faster and it’s always something to look forward to. I had a suggestion…there’s a tune that was written in the 1600s called “The Digger’s Song”. It was sung by a radical group of early anti-feudalists, but they went way more radical than a lot of others did. It has some weirdly modern-sounding parts to it, like this verse - “Your houses they pull down stand up now, stand up now Your houses they pull down, stand up now Your houses they pull down, to fright your men in town But the gentry must come down and the poor shall wear the crown Stand up now, Diggers all” Wild lyrics, really interesting group. Anyway, thanks for doing what you do!
@@JBurdoo Based on the info I can find it’s authentic! It was first published in the late 1800s by a group called the Camden Society, who focused on publishing historical documents and manuscripts for the public. There is a pretty catchy modern ballad that speaks about the events as well called “The World Turned Upside Down”, written by Leon Rosselson in the 50s or 60s I believe. Maybe you’re thinking of that one?
