I thought it was…fine, or at least, thought it wasn’t much worse than the other 2. Prey At Night is still the best if for no other reason than the pool scene.
Marketing for this one was rough though, thought this trilogy would be a prequel story but it being a reboot/remake that copies the same story beats from the 2008 film wasn’t what I expected. At least I got to hear Joanna Newsom again.

It wasn't bad. It wasn't predictable and it had so many intense moments. I found it scarier than the first Strangers movie. The movie got suspenseful after the first 20 minutes. Can't recall a horror movie where I was on the edge of the seat MOST of the time. So for anyone who hasn't seen this movie yet, don't buy into all the "it is bad" hype. I think that's total BS.
