Graduate of Johnson & Wales University and having this craft is valuable. People need to recognize the cooks and chefs that prepare these types of food. Everyone wants to eat good food.

Very Good Chef Instructor! I am a CIA grad many years ago and would love to be teaching at this point. I teach everyday at work but a school setting is where it is at.

Pantry Chef is a fancy way to say "Kitchen Bitch".
    And I love it.
Now, have a culinary school teach you how to sharpen your knives.

In addition to my comment I remember that when I got out of the ARMY, I was working on 2 degrees at the same time, and I remember when I was in class our practical exam was chicken vegetables and a potato and I did it in 5 minutes and the CHEF got mad at me and I told him that I was working under a FRENCH CHEF and I was only working on 1 entree then he understood me because at the restaurant we had many orders to put out and the restaurant was fine dining and we had to wait for the fire ticket, that's how it works in any place and I have worked in casual places

As a former navy cook…bleeding the scrambled eggs…pushing from one side to the other…it would take half the time the instructor took…

I bet teaching this stuff is a much nicer way to make a paycheck then working in a restaurant. Not that he couldn't do it but given the choice...

In this video the CHEF INSTRUCTION talks to his students about making different things and the White hat is known as the CHEFS TOTE,and the apron IDs there status, and I have had people tell me SO YOU WANT TO BE A CHEF and I tell them that if takes years to become a Chef and I have taken cook's to CHEF STATUS. I DON'T know what CULINARY SCHOOL this is but the tuition is not cheap and usually it takes 2 years and if they go to MANAGEMENT it's an additional 2 more years and usually they have to take out a student loan which is very low, then they go out into the industry

He may be a great chef and a great teacher, but he needs help with his comedy!
