- Taqueria Morales is a new Mexican Restaurant located on 1429 Jackson Street in South Philly. They offered excellent traditional items as well as some fusion dishes. You have to try the Spicy Salmon burrito, Chicken/ Beef tacos and the lamb chop Huraches! All dishes were flavorful and very healthy. This spot uses local produced and eco-friendly packaging for your to-go items. Highly recommended!

You should open your palate to any and all foods. Middle Eastern food is incredible, Mediterranean, African, Indian, Canadian, Cajun, Danish, British, German, French, etc. all of its worth enjoying and appreciating for their unique flavors. Mexican and Soul are incredible, but life is too short to close yourself off to a world of incredible flavors.

Mom is a so inspirational! Her love for family, business and community shows in her balance of each of these things.
Hearing the owner/mom talk about how she wanted to open this business to not only serve good food but bless her family and her friends kids with jobs. Something about that is so touching. She thought about employing her homies while opening a business, that's awesome.

The Central & South parts of Mexico use lamb in their cooking. You may not see it often in a lot of restaurants but we eat it at home, at parties or any other special event. 😄 The preparation is long and sometimes costly. We make it in the style of “Barbacoa” (style of Mexican bbq that’s steamed and cooked underground)
It’s definitely an experience to see and try! this style is definitely unique and it looks delectable! 🤤🤤🤤
