Need one of these for the 51 Chevy rat rod!! Would be a hit at car shows!! Especially with the white wall tires and patina of the smoker itself. This is truly a work of art!
One day when the borders open I am travelling from Australia 🇦🇺 to to Texas to try out the BBQ there. Love what you do. I am in the process of building a much smaller trailer BBQ like yours. Watch all your videos, thanks for the advice.
Can you ship one to Scotland😂😂 that is awesome. A whole Highland koow on that bad boy, awesome work, true artisans. Respect, Andy Chinn from Stirling, Scotland ✌️👊
Matt, holy shit that pit is insane. You gotta break that baby in and post that video for us to live through you buddy. Keep the cookin comin, we love it all!
Being that the Franklin Barbecue pits look exactly like this one, especially the above grate heat deflector. This leads me to believe that Mill Scale is making the Franklin smoker.
Matt... Oh my! Wow what a nice retro-pit! Congrats to you. That's a beast. I always spray the inside of my pit with Canola in a hand spray bottle to set a coating and keep any rust down. You are going to need a full-time assistant and 3 gallons of Canola to keep that beast happy. Good Luck!
Dude that thing is SICK. I love the patina. Makes sense that BBQ guys are car guys too. Congrats man. Oh, I feel like my man Matt and I have twin mullets lol
VERY NICE COOKER , NEED TO CHECK OUT THOSE GUYS AT SHIRLEY FAB IN ALABAMA AND GET A REVERSE FLOW COOKER TO ADD TO YOUR COLLECTION , CONGRATS ON THE NEW RIG
I sir, think you should go for the world record of the largest smoke baloney chub ever. Just a thought. Hell of a nice rig ya got. Those men did an outstanding job.
I don't care if you are a Tide fan, great video, great pit and you always turn out super food !!..I'll be looking forward to the brisket cook on the Mill Scale...you're always welcome to come to THE Death Valley as my quest any time...later my man...
Men i have 2 smokers from houston pit builders i treat them like cast iron skillet they will never rust outdoors just lather em with oil before i cook.Super shiny
One tip would be to have extra length on the damper so it could be slid up and locked into position so that it can act as a rain stop in the case you get surprised by weather. Maybe there's a reason not to do that, but just a thought.
Need to put some stops on the hinge or some kind of high temp bumpers for where the counterweight hits the back of the smoker when opened all the way. If it has a neat high temp clear as they say, this will quickly wear causing damage to the back top of the smoker. Otherwise, this is an incredible smoker and I love the trailer wheels!
And I’m over here cooking on a Weber kettle watching this! Awesome pit though!
Some got more some got less. Keep cooking no matter whatcha got.
Don't knock the kettle! I've got a 10 pound butt going on mien right now :D
The counter weights need some signage installed on them.. Rolling Billboard !
We didn’t ask for this video, but this is one my favorites. Cheers to true craftsman 🇺🇸🍻

Hot Rod was perfect description! Freaking beautiful work!
Need one of these for the 51 Chevy rat rod!! Would be a hit at car shows!! Especially with the white wall tires and patina of the smoker itself. This is truly a work of art!
Those white walls are so sick. Such a small detail but makes the smoker look so much more luxurious

that's a dream rig for a serious BBQ cooker
One day when the borders open I am travelling from Australia 🇦🇺 to to Texas to try out the BBQ there. Love what you do. I am in the process of building a much smaller trailer BBQ like yours. Watch all your videos, thanks for the advice.

what an awsome cooker i know you will enjoy it
Who’s guessing it was Aaron Franklin that cooked the brisket? Awesome freaking pit!
Being that the Franklin Barbecue pits look exactly like this one, especially the above grate heat deflector. This leads me to believe that Mill Scale is making the Franklin smoker.

I use beef tallow. And yes need lots!
@@MeatChurchBBQ Have a Ball!!!
Matt - have you figured out a way to Spray the beef tallow? It would be a chore to wipe it onto all those surfaces.
That’s a Texas size pit for sure. I hope to taste a brisket from it someday!

Whole gator smoke! I ain’t mad at it.
If Matts kids don't like to cook, i'm up for adoption.
