This week, we tour one of the biggest penthouses that you’d find in Singapore. Set in the CBD, this 53rd floor duplex penthouse at V on Shenton comes in at a giant 6,814 square feet. Incredibly, this isn’t the largest penthouse you’d find at V on Shenton (there’s a bigger 7,255 square feet one), but you really aren’t going to notice the difference at this magnitude.
The design for this particular penthouse was done by the renowned Peter Tay, and the current price tag includes the $1 million worth of furnishings into the unit. Located on the 53rd and 54th floor, it has naturally got amazing views of its surroundings, which includes Sentosa and the future Greater Southern Waterfront.

One helpers room for such a large house. The roof terrace cleaning would be insane given its outdoors and weather prone
I was just gonna say … “Houston…we have a problem”. Need 2 or 3 helpers. Love the decor though.
You'd need a professional cleaning company to do the cleaning. The helper would probably be doing things like running errands, looking after the kids and maybe some cooking.
Such a beautiful apartment - luxury to the max!
Thanks for sharing!
wonderful video, more of such plox!
Thank you! Will do!
Would love to see you guys tour wallich residences super penthouse!
Hah tough one though. It's occupied and it's a very private place!
thank you so much for this amazing tour
👍
Our pleasure!

👍👍👍👍👍
Grateful for this marvellous video
I wonder how it's gonna be like for cleaning and maintenance of the structures at the top above the roof terrace..,if ever it needs to be done. Does it mean the maintenance guys need to enter the apartment or possibly use a crane from outside (I don't know lah?) and protruding inwards to the terrace?
Was thinking the same. But then it's a rich person's problem
There is at least another elevator for the maitainance purpose. And usually for this size of house, 1-2 maids are living together to keep the house neat and nice.
I used to worry about this and told my colleagues when we were discussing abt houses. then one of my colleagues replied, when you own that kind of house, you will have the money to employ people to do it. wellll she was right
with double height, walking up and down the duplex will be a workout for sure!
Same with landed homes too!
This is like a summer holiday home SG version. No office space or study. Nonetheless, really nice house to host and gather
Thanks for sharing!
Luxury hotel & resorts... ❤❤❤
Roof terrace needs work, looks unfinished, also there is no private pool for a 20m condo, but i must say nice fixtures and fittings:)
artificial grass sucks. From the get go I can tell it's dead plastic.
There could be an outdoor jacuzzi tub at least .....
That whole roof terrace is an after thought like the developer has run out of budget to fit it out & just did the minimum required.
take a shot every time he says "right here", you'll be drunk by the end of the video
Sounds like good fun 😜
as a single who don't really want anyone to stay with me or not interested in having parties, this one actually looks just nice for me. The top deck is actually not bad but I like the main area living room area
Glad you like it!
Google the same amount but in NYC hahaha this is such a normal condo…
The presenter has done a great job but the condo is simply not worth $20mil at all
Thanks for sharing!
If this video is presented in mandarin , it will probably attract the right kind of buyer.
Only people who speak mandarin can afford this property?
@@farland789 that’s not what I meant, native mandarin speaking countries will have a bigger group of wealthy potential prospects.
@@farland789 he mean rich china people will like this kind reno more.
Nah not a $20 mil house. Just the lower floor alone is not worth $10 mil...
Does that mean the helper has to climb upstairs to use the shower considering that all the other bathrooms were within bedrooms?
needs an Ah Hai to buy this
The roof terrace should be the place where there should be a private pool.
Great advice 😊
I watch this whole thing to figure what part of this costs a million!? Just the location and terrace you mean? If you can't make the interior for less than half a million you are insane!
Any plans in the future to post in 4k video quality?
There's a 4K option!
Not only I don't have enough money to buy this place. I don't have enough to buy a ticket anywhere to Asia🤣🤣😭😭
😂
Where's the pool?
This one doesn't have a pool at the outdoor rooftop terrace I'm afraid, but there's an infinity pool as part of the common facilities!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
sad 99 years
Yes unfortunately CBD properties are like this, on the flip side, it would be a lot more expensive if it's freehold!
Dude, people who live in places like this, don't take the MRT.
Their children might 😂
MCST : $1300/month ........woahhh
Well for a luxury duplex penthouse...!
@@StackedHomes compared to NYC penthouse, its a steal

I don't mind being a maid for this household
😂
Best way to waste money
I don't like it. It reminds me of a hospital, especially that awful high stairs. It is white, shiny and impersonal, like a hospital.
Host don't dare sit on the sofa.. 😅
Have to work, not lounge 😂
pay 20M and cannot own the house..
Haha yes it would cost a lot more if it were freehold
Tio Toto oso can’t buy
😂
20 mil burned in 99 years
Ngo pen houses looks ugly. I think the developer gave up on renovation
Unfortunately , a person who is able to afford such a place usually has no time to enjoy it
They have more time than you. They get inheritance and funny money. You believe that they just working more than average person!? LOL
Assalamualaikum
