If I don't deep fry the beef, will it taste the same? Or not as good. Too oily.
Deep fry is easy to control the degree of doneness. Use pan fry if you feel too oily. Thanks for watching! Happy new year!😊

@@winnietse9922 走油可以更有效控制生熟度, 因為四邊都接觸到油,如果粒狀牛肉pan fry較難控制生熟度, 有小朋友吃安全些寧可熟一點,如果按本片做法有落梳打粉,熟一點也不會太"鞋"口.
