Lubed it up! If you’re into that “ plug in play. All you had to say …. I’m sold! It does look like a ford bronco …. 🤮. Love my 4 XJ’s! Thanks for the 🎥
I’m glad you put the grease on the sockets. It will be easier for you when you take it all apart and switch the light on the left to the right side and vise-versa. The circle will look better on the outside of center, of the light unit, especially since you aren’t using the blinker feature. Let me know when you get it fixed. 😉
The picture on the owners manual and box shows the way I put it. BRONCO style is the way u suggest. I think the next time I take apart will be to install a relay harness and possibly bronco it. They are very bright!
Got the True mods version in chrome and like the look. Light work great but have a quirk I cant solve. Emailed True mods about it today to see what they say. What happens is once installed on the factory harness or a headlight wire harness upgrade kit it turns on the vehicle dash and fuel pump if you turn your headlights on or full the momentary high beam leaver. Just like if you where turn the key to the "On" position. This is all without the key in the ignition. Also if I turn the vehicle on turn the headlight on or hold the momentary high beam lever while shutting down the jeep and take the keys out then it stays on till the lights are turned off or lever is let go... WTF>? My jeep does not have short, or grounding issues. It runs fine and has no problems. I even tried it with and with out the DRL module (Canadian version xj) Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with these lights? They mention some vehicles need their "H4 Negative-Switched Headlight System Relay Wiring Harness Kit". I have just a amazon made in china wire harness upgrade.. it works but argues with the DRL relay so this is why I unhooked it. But like I said even with the factory wire harness it does the same thing.
Hey man quick question you might be able to help me with. When I try to tighten the torque screw to raise the beam of my passenger headlight the screw wants to rise up out of the groove and eventually it pops off and my light is dangling. I've reseated it multiple times and the screw seems straight it goes in straight any tips?
Need your help , I installed this headlights on my 95 xj, I canceled the front lower turn signal lights . And I connected the Loyo turn signals there , now they blink too fast , and I see the small green arrows for the turn signals on the dash, Is there any way I can fix that ? Should I put the oem signals with the loyo together??😢 Thanks...
The bright white light of LED's is certainly worth it. I've had the privy Truck Lights on my XJ for the last 5 years and I'm still very pleased
Yes still working great!
I'm usually not a fan of those type of headlights but those don't look too bad.👍👍
they sure are brighter than the sealed beams!
Now you’ll be able to see what’s ahead of you - groovy!

it's a 65. been in family since new.
Thanks for the write up, but in my old man opinion, those rings look out of place on our old Cherokees.
They will take some getting used to for sure!
Saludos, cuál sería el modelo de esos faros. ?

I also have an Amazon harness upgrade kit installed but I don't have any issues. Not sure what your problem is.

Not really sure. Possibly the adjustment screws are bent. Dorman at Autozone sells replacement

Bronco Lights? Really??
Well...technically they are not Bronco lights since the turn signals are on the opposite side of the light 😅
Eating crow a little bit but they do look good and I like the features of the flashing options@@MajorWeakness
Don’t buy it if you do not want to modify the housing!!! I just tried to put them in - too big for the metal frame, doesn’t fit in. Waste of money.
I installed with 100% no modification. That's strange
I have the same problem , should i cut the corners of the frame ??
5,000 lumens is low I have 40,000
Wow that's alot
